Good quality components, if rather light weight plastic materials. I went for the 620 mm rail (metal) and this all fitted quite easily .. the supplied rawl plugs and screws are large diameter (8mm drill) and very long so I was nervous drilling through the tiles but all was fine. The water pipe is dark grey plastic which looks good and easy to clean .. maybe a little over long for the 620 rail.. shower head is again good quality .. the different spray patterns are ok but not spectacular, changing pattern is simply achieved by rotating the outer silicone ring, fine when dry but not so easy when soapy .. the head is fairly large diameter and we noticed that the water velocity dropped compared to our previous smaller unit,

After reading an article about all the unpleasant and potentially unhealthy bacteria that build up within shower heads, decided it was time for a replacement. Since all the other fittings in our bathroom are Grohe it was my preference to match the name but, if I am going to replace the head at least annually as my article recommended, didn't want to buy anything expensive.This shower head is fine. Its moulding is quite stylish with a decent chrome effect and almost white nozzles. It is slightly noisy but happy to accept the manufacturers explanation that this is caused by the movement of a little plastic ball inside (which is supposed to reduce limescale). Works as expected, perfectly fits with GROHE 28388000 silver flex hose, and the 4 settings are as follows:Rain O2 - adds some airflow to the water, giving it a marginally higher pressure, from all small nozzles. This is my default useRain - almost a standard shower head output, as above just without the added airflowJet - highest pressure, just out of the 4 central nozzles though so very direct and the smallest coverage. Handy for cleaning the bath, or when you want a quick shower eg. from a runMassage - more of a wider dispersal than above but much lower pressure, personally I think this one is superfluous.For reference I have a combi-boiler and a perfectly high pressure feed,

tried many handheld showers and the problem with the cheap ones is that they all fall apart eventually, or the silicone nibs get crumbly and harder to clean over time. This one is super easy. as always, german quality from grohe that you can trust, the 3 options are all i need really, easy to adjust by turning the ring on the shower head. It feels well made and sturdy and surely will last many years as all my grohe showers in the past. Especially these days its so important to use ressources responsible and buy something that lasts. Yes, you do pay a bit more, but you won`t have to take the chance to guess if it will arrive broken or break after a few months. If you search for a good quality handheld,

Writing this review months after purchasing this product so I’ve had the time to properly test it.I couldn’t be more satisfied. This shower head is really top quality at an affordable price.Three different modes (one in between rain and jet), strong water pressure, no leaks whatsoever and The easiest descaling ever (just pass your finger on the rubber part). Hands down, the best shower head I have ever had.Don’t lose time and money with other products from unknown Chinese manufacturers: I’ve spent hours reading customers’ feedbacks on a number of products and I’m confident you won’t be able to find a better one for this price range.

You can only expect quality from Grohe and this shower head doesn't disappoint. Simple but nice and stylish design, good functionality (actually has 3 modes, there's a middle mode between rain and jet).Easy descaling is typical for Grohe. Bought the previous version of this head for my parents couple of years ago and it still works like new.I was a bit worried about the water pressure, I have a Mira Sport electric shower. It wasn't any worse than the previous, smaller shower head and is strong enough even on rain setting. It's a low range price wise but it has everything I need with added comfort.

Bought this to replace a Mira replacement shower head which started leaking from the side of the head after just a few weeks. Fitted to my Mira Sport Max and after 2 months is functioning the same as the day it was fitted. The quality of this is easy to see and feel compared to the replacement Mira head. Little things like a gauze mesh on the inlet pipe to stop bits from the shower going to the head are simple but effective. The 4 settings on the head work a treat. Why hadn't I discovered Grohe earlier?

Purchased to replace 15 year old original Grohe hand set which had finally sprung a leak along the seam. As no one ever changed the jet I decided on the cheaper 2 jet (which actually has 3). The Grohe shower is fed by a 2Bar pump through a Grohe 5mm hose. The result is a fairly powerful flow similar to the original. The slight noise made by the descaling ball is not a problem for us. Most shower hoses seem to have larger 10 or 11mm bore. Perhaps the smaller Grohe 5mm suits this handset better.

I have purchased this shower head purely because it's not made in china, I have bought several shower heads from Chinese suppliers, you will see plenty of them on Amazon, made in china is rubbish, for slightly more you can have Grohe which will last you longer than 5 years for sure. Don't buy cheap on these things, you can pay slightly more but it will have a quality sturdy and shockproof product. I'm very satisfied with German products and will never buy from China anymore...

I’ve tried many different shower heads over the years and finally decided to spend a little more for this Grohe shower head. GROHE are world renowned for quality and I’ve not been proven wrong with this.The only problem is that it doesn’t really fit into the existing holder very well because I also added a new Grohe plastic hose.Apart from that it give an amazing shower experience, with 3 different setting. I think the box says it has 2, but there are 3.Happy days

This shower head is fine it only has two settings one too shower and a high-pressure jet and to be honest that is adequate. It seems pretty well made the last Grohe lasted 15 years in the Kids shower room this should last as long if not longer as the kids are now adults (sometimes) and married and the shower room is mostly used to shower the dog lol.

Having made the mistake of buying non-branded hose/shower head the Grohe is very well built. It only has two main settings, but actually do we need 5 modes on a shower head anyway (more to break). Easy to fit and for those with recessed connection points (for hexagonal nut or fitting) this works well due to the longer & well thought out design.

Good replacement for my old 10 year Grohe shower head. Grohe products are high quality and long lasting. I like the 3 modes, Rain, jet and the unofficial rain/jet middle mode. I also replaced the hose (also made by Grohe), it was very easy to replace the old with the new on my Grohe bath mixer tap. I definitely recommend this product.

I love the easy clean feature ... just run your thumb over the rubber water nozzles every time you have a shower (its a no brainer!). I wasn't so keen on the power of the shower as its less than I usually get from my shower heads but I quite like the fatter water sprays - almost like a rain shower but not lol. I like it.

Very nice shower head. Pleasing simple design. Rain setting is very pleasant. We had a larger one before which was not as good think being a smaller head you get better rain. Liked the first one which we brought to see if it was good I have brought this second one for our other shower.
