This shower head provides a very satisfying shower! Grohe describe it as 'Rain' but I think it's closer to 'Downpour', at least with the Eco switch set to 'off'. The unusual annular design probably contributes to this because it gives the effect of a very wide water spread but maintains the pressure by not having nozzles distributed over a continuous disc.One caveat: the performance of any shower head is dependent on the water source that's feeding it. Mine is driven by a Grohe Grotherm Wireless mixer/pump. I would guess that you need either a good natural head of water or a decent shower pump for the best results.

Excellent shower head for those with enough water pressure for a normal shower, but who want a fuller "rain shower" feel. Sturdy, light, easy to clean and effective at distributing water across the whole head. It does require a bit of pressure, do not expect it to boost your water pressure and especially with an electric shower it can be a bit weak, but it is not the fault of the product which performs handsomely otherwise.Just be mindful it is not ideal as a handheld shower unless your pressure is truly high, use it attached to the shower holder at a certain height to get the best effect.

Simple to put on existing pole to replace faulty shower head on our power shower. Gives a nice distribution of water, rinses our thick curly hair with ease. Had to replace the shower bracket as well, this shower head was too heavy for the old one, but able to do that easily as well, ordered another through Amazon and it was easy to put on. Very pleased with my first foray into DIY plumbing!

This is the best shower head I have ever purchased - much better than the head that came with the shower itself! The spray is lovely and gentle and really soaks you. It makes such a difference to the shower now. A really enjoyable experience. It is also very easy to clean the spray nozzles and is very good quality. I expect it will last a very long time.

Purchased to replace a Hansgrone shower head. Despite bring a different make it has universal half inch fitting to connect to the shower hose and works a treat. No different to the old one but as mentioned by others you can remove the restrictor to increase the water flow but I have not needed to do this. Would recommend to others.

I've actually tried quite a few shower heads now and been unhappy with quite a few of them. This gives a nice distribution of water with reasonable flow on our electic power shower (even on the economy setting on the shower head) The head isn't too heavy (one shower head that I bought was too heavy for the fitting)Very happy.

When I saw this I did think a shower head with a hole in the middle but Grohe are pretty good so I gave it a go and am I glad I did. This is an amazing shower head and I would recommend it to anyone and I would buy it again!Very easy to attach no problems no leaks light weight seriously good value for money!!

Arrived on time, nothing missing or damaged. Quite a large shower head but with a choice of colours you can match it to your bathroom colour scheme and it looks good. Easy to install and gives a very nice flow, fairly wide spray pattern and good volume. If you like a good drenching in the shower, buy one.

Really nice shower head delivering a lovely rain shower experience.Very high quality, with a 5 year guarantee for piece of mind.Rather more expensive than cheaply made shower heads but really compliments my bathroom so worth the extra pennies.Would definitely recommend.

The best shower head I have bought in a long time. Great pressure from it. It is expensive but you really are getting what you pay for here, the build quality is second to none.. The other brands who just sell the same Chinese import and rebrand them have nothing on this.

The shower head is excellent. just as we expected. We have used these heads before hence the reason for this purchase, We would have been even happier with it had it been a little cheaper. Ovverall though very pleased with our purchase

Not a cheap showerhead but nicely made and gives a lovely rain shower effect. Make sure you've got reasonable water pressure though....I needed to get a bigger diameter shower hose to stop it being a bit disappointingly dribbly!

Great shower head, very relaxing and provides a good amount of water. Can be a bit bulky if you remove from the shower stand and use it in your hand but I won’t be using it for that so all is good.

The Grohe Rain Shower has a large sized head which is a great design, but because of this, the pressure was not there due to my standard system, therefore no need for the Eco switch!
