Large Display capability for Bearing and Distance for setting racing marks. Main reason for purchasing."Setting the Starting Line" is helpful when some distance from the line to let you know the time to get to the line at your present heading, but because of the lag in update and if you are going fast, you better rely on visual sites when close to the line.The "Tack Assist" works very well if you got an extra person to watch it. Maybe someday in the future a Bluetooth feature to broadcast at regular intervals whether you are on a lift or a header.

I bought this to mark fishing spots near Steinhatchee, Florida. It is easy to mark spots and name them, however every time I get close to a marked spot, the arrow pointing the direction I need to go completely changes on me. It still gets me in the general area I wanted to be.
