The photographs and the written description of this product do not match. It does NOT have a pull-out nozzle as stated, it can only swivel. It is listed on the Franke website as a Franke Active Plus SWIVEL spout. The tap itself is well made and will have to do as we urgently need to replace our beyond repair Franke Olympus tap. However we did want to purchase one with a pullout spout but returning this one then waiting for a replacement will mean an additional visit from our plumber when that replacement arrives.Very dissatisfied with the misleading information given by Amazon.

This is still listed incorrectly. It does not have a pull out hose, only a swivel spout.
