Really great price, quality seems great with really high quality finish. As other reviewers mention though, the instructions aren’t in English and the tails are Polish/Turkish sized so you will definitely have to locate adaptors to use them in the UK. I went to a local plumbers’ merchant who sold me a couple of adaptors for about £9 but it didn’t seem like something they commonly sell, you will need to make sure you use plenty of PTFE tape to avoid leaks too, we had to make a couple of attempts. We fitted the tap to a 20mm laminate MDF worktop and it was really tricky to put in place and tighten adequately, possibly due to the narrow gap between the back of the sink and the wall,

Had this tap fitted this week it's beautiful matches my Franke Orion white sink the tap has slight a speckled finished not to much I love the look and the water comes out all bubbles it's lovely great alternative to a boring silver one highly recommendSo in 2020 I had to replace the tap it was rushing for a foot five months then it become loose so I went onto plum world have a brilliant new black one the logo also rubbed off in a few weeks of using the Frankie one I’m not sure it’s real as I would have thought it would have lasted longer than a couple of years

I've been in the plumbing trade for 50 yrs and was very pleased to get a high quality Franke monobloc tap at such a reasonable price. This tap is obviously made for the east european market as there are no instructions in English, which posses the question 'what happens if something goes wrong and I need to get replacement parts under guarantee?' Also you will need to purchase adaptors as the tap tails (flexi cons) do not terminate in 15mm which would be usual for our domestic plumbing systems.

Great tap, looks great fitted, you will need a long box spanner to remove the old one, when fitting to an existing sink you’d definitely need a special plumbers long box spanner set. Note this tap is a small bore connector, you’ll need 2 x 15mm compression to 10mm bsp, the tap has 10mm female flexi’ connectors in the box. And you will need a pressurised water system to connect to, a gravity fed hot water system in a bungalow will be poor flow for everyday use.

Very pleased with the product, not a plumber but managed to replace my old style Franke mixer tap worked but looked dated. Although all the fittings were supplied these were for a continental fitting. But standard fittings are available. Comments that instructions were polish etc were correct but the visual guides were sufficient re clamping to the sink. Really pleased with the modern look and operation, on full pressure it's like a jet wash . Recommended.

This is a high quality Franke Polo tap, my only gripe was that it is a polish version and I wasnt aware of this,the only difference that this made was that the instuctions were not in english and are not avaliable from franke website. Pipe tails are polish size but you can get adapters from plumbers merchants [very cheap]. Hence these minor details this is still a great value buy.

Had to replace our second Wickes tap after the enamel started peeling off and it started leaking water. Found this for the same price and know the make is high end so took a punt.Installation would have been quick and easy but the flexible hoses that came with it didn’t fit our 1969 connectors. We had to reuse the flexible hoses from Wickes...thank god we kept them!

Good quality product and delivery time.The instructions are in foreign language. The hose ends are in 3/8 bsp. The standard size for uk is 1/2 bsp so you will have to buy a 3/8 to 1/2 converter. I only noticed this when i arrived at the job so had to go to merchants for adaptor. This tap is so much better than the £20 to £30 taps available on the net. Would buy again

Decent enough tap. All the bits provided to install - except the tap connectors are 3/8" not the usual 15mm so you will need an adaptor 3/8" male to 15mm compression fitting. The tap swivels. By "fixed" I guess they mean there isn't a hose you can pull out as there is now with modern trendy kitchen taps.

Thought I had a bargain monobloc tap from China until the material started to corrode and it started leaking after 3 months use. Bought this ‘branded’ Frankenstein tap as a replacement. No English instructions but looks and feels great, I think it will last a lot longer than its predecessor.

Quality mixer, although not sure it's made for resale in the UK as the instructions are not in English (I did not need any instructions anyway), and the flexi tails supplied are not British standard 15mm, so had to buy new ones (only £4), but still a great product at a good price.

I can't comment on how easy it was to install as I didn't install it but I can tell you that it's a joy to use. I've used plenty of taps over the years and I think this one is the best one. On, off, hot, cold, warm - you name it, this tap will do it. Also, it's very shiny.

Good finish and stays gleaming for long, normally a quick wipe is what it needs even after lots of hard water splashes. Only downside is that the connectors were different from UK ones so the plumber had to buy special adaptors, but for the price worth it.

Good high-quality product at a very good price. Yes, the connections are European, but adapters can easily be bought from plumbers merchants. Even with the cost of the adapters, this is still a whole lot cheaper than buying as full price UK version.

This cost half the price of all local plumbing orgs. Excellent product, easy to fit as all pipes and bits are delivered with the taps. Extremely well packaged. Delivery took a few days but the price and quality of the product was worth waiting for.
