The company located in Germany sent mail to inform me of delivery and also an invoice, which was nice. However, please note that German tap fitting are different to the UK and no conversion kit was supplied. The plumber who fitted the tap was not impressed, but it was simple enough to go out and buy it locally.The base of the tap is chrome, whilst the section that comes out is some sort of plastic. The normal tap pressure seems low though it could be our system, however the spray function is intense which is great for cleaning used plates and also food, etc.The top half of the tap does pull out for a decent range and the tap is impressive and seems bigger than the one it replaced.Maybe a bit

Great looking tap. Nicely finished. Works well. Can't say how easy to fit as got a plumber to do it. Just 2 niggles1. The pull out bit is actually chrome plated plastic (but you can't tell by looking at it)2. You can't turn it on in the spray flow. The button that changes it from standard flow to spray flow works when the tap is running, but as soon as you turn the tap off and back on again it goes back to standard flow. I wouldn't even have thought about this except that my previous tap has a switch rather than a button, so when you changed it to spray flow it stayed in spray flow until you switched it back, whether the tap was on or off.

Although more expensive than a standard tap I think I've had great value for money with this tap. I paid a little extra for the stainless steel rather than chrome and I absolutely love it. The hose has proved really useful for filling large pans on the draining board and I love the button underneath to go with the higher pressure spray - it's great for rinsing pans or plates off. We have a pan drawer sink unit and we did have an issue with the hose weight (which functions to retract the hose back in) obstructing the bottom drawer, but some adjustments to the weight position (shortening the amount you can pull the hose out slightly) has solved this.

I love this tap. It swivels from the base and is beautifully engineered. The end of the spout pulls out so you can reach to clean eg the draining board, or a bucket you can't fit in the sink and there is a lever underneath which enables you to toggle between normal flow and spray. The spray can be gentle enough to rinse fruit and veg or powerful enough to clean mud off shoes, you can adjust the water pressure using the lever. The spout that pulls out is a good quality plastic, not metal which means it is not so heavy that it pulls out of the socket (which has happened to me on previous taps). Thoroughly recommend

We had a Grohe or Hansgrohe kitchen mixer tap before, but had replaced it with a vastly inferior model when the old one needed maintenance. Wish we had stuck to it. The quality of this make is much higher. The cheap replacement having duly worn out, we went back to Grohe and the only problem was getting it fitted. The screw gauge on the threaded connectors to the water supply are different from the standard UK fitting - can't understand why - so the plumber had to get adapters. Bear this in mind. I am surprised they don't come with the appropriate adapters.

This is brilliant. A few months ago now I bought a cheap and cheerful kitchen mixer tap for under £20. I should have known better because the tap sprouter a leak from the main shaft rendering it useless. I’ve spent a little more money and picked up this one which is a class apart.The extending shower like hose and dual water pressure function button are both practical and work very well. Can now use the tap to rinse veggies, fill the kettle in situ, all sorts.Solidly made, this tap feels like it’ll be around for several years.

Tap arrived, as expected on time. I have had Grohe products before and felt confident that it would be a good quality product and I am happy to say I was not disappointed this time either. The tap is beautifully made, looks great in our kitchen with the new worktops and sink. Its fitting was straightforward (done by a plumber) and works very well. The pull out section moves smoothly and the spray is very useful. Love this product and would certainly recommend it.

I’ve had far more expensive taps from this German company before and not been disappointed. The quality has always been very good. So I was a bit doubtful about this one as it’s definitely at the cheaper end. My plumber had a bit of a job to fit it, needing a couple of adapters, but it works well and hasn’t let us down (yet). I didn’t want a swan-necked tap, but rather one with a pull-out hose and spray function. This one fits that bill.

Like this because the tap comes out into the middle of the sink. Being able to use it like a shower is brilliant and you can change the flow to spray out harder which is useful for rinsing things down. We use it in our utility room. You do need quite a bit of space under the counter for the pipes and the detachable tap head is plastic, not chrome, presuambly in case you drop it in a cermaic sink. Other than that, top buy.

Not fitted as yet. High quality supersteel version. On top of tap it indicates hot and cold and has the name grohe on it too. Would like how to get spare pullout head and the pull out pipe too just in case of wear and tear. Definitely good for utility room. Spout quite high up so i believe i will get a bucket in my domsjo sink and fill without moving tap head at all. Really nice and seriously consider supersteel version.

Lovely tap. Always love Grohe and their knack for making the handle movement and control really smooth and the water outlet to not splash as much as others.Yes, this will need the 15mm to 12mm (3/8") adapters. But you can buy these at just about at any hardware store. It's no more of an issue that using a UK to EU plug converter for an electrical appliance. If you plumber is whinging about this, get another plumber.

I'm very happy about the option to pull out, making it more useful than a standard tap. Under my sink there is a plethora of tubes and pipes for gas, water, waste-water and connections for washer and dishwasher, so there is no proper space to use the weight that should help pulling the head back to the stand after use. Still rather easy to fit it back though. Being a Grohe tap, I expect it to last long.

I bought this tap to replace my existing, Pull out kitchen tap that was not made by Grohe. I have to say that this tap is very well made: you can see and feel the quality. Only one possible concern is that the pull out head is made of chrome look plastic so I wonder how well it will wear. That said, I am extremely pleased with the tap and hopefully it will last.

Can’t really go wrong with Grohe. Even the lack of instructions was made good by their comprehensive website. Decent value and so far we’re pleased with the look although the chrome plated plastic head could start to wear with solid use. This suits are small utility well and having had previous experience with Grohe, they stand by their warranty.

Brilliant service & a fabulous price. Ordered two taps as I refused to pay the money that Wickes wanted for similar taps. They arrived from Germany within 72 hours. Much better than the taps we were going to buy - if Grohe are good enough for every European hotel chain, then they're good enough for my kitchen.
