Seems to be well made, sits pretty flat even after having been folded for weeks.I bought it to use with a Mavic and if I'm honest, it's a touch on the small side. Although the legs all fit in, the props overhand it, so if you are trying to take off/land in long grass or a dusty environment, you still risk clipping things or throwing up dust. Better than nothing though, I've way better closed size than any alternative I've found.

Great launchpad for Phantom 3 / 4 and Yuneec Q500. Works just like my photography bounce reflectors and easily twist up and stores at a third of it's original size. Nice thing about this pad vs a cheap photo reflector is it includes metal stakes to secure to the ground and the high visibility markings are printed very nicely on to the high quality fabric.A must have if you launch in tall grass, dusty or sandy environments.

Product seems well made and has a durable feel but time will tell if after constant folding and unfolding it will retain its shape and tautness. Folds down to a good portable size. Has only one side that can be used to face upwards, unlike other makes that have different colour/design on each side depending on the surface your are taking off from. This also comes with 3 ground 'spikes' to use to secure it to the ground.

Great product, well though out and complete with three ground stakes if required. The pad has special seams around the edge to take the optional LED lighting loop (sorry it won't let me link the product because Amazon is currently out of stock). Throughly recommended. You can set it to be on steady, flash slowly, flash fast or off and uses two AA batteries (I use the fabulous Eneloop rechargeable batteries)

This is perfect for what I needed. Easily seen from above, I also use it to find items on the ground here in the desert that are hard to otherwise see as they blend in with the surroundings. It comes with three small metal stakes that keep it in place. I tried using it without them and the downwash from my Phantom 4 will sometimes moves the pad.

Mavics have legs just long enough to land on a pool table. Get extensions and you may be able to accommodate an inch or two of grass. This large FlatHat provides a place to land in tallish grass, sand, soft or muddy dirt or rocks. The bag and spikes are useful. There is a trick to folding it back into the bag though.

Bought this to use with my Phantom 4 Pro, the P4P camera is larger than that of the P3 and P4 models and comes closer to the ground whileinitializing, this pad helps protect the camera for take-offs and landings on rough or wet ground, feels very solid and well made, I also have the 17 inch version for my Mavic.

My first thought when I took it out of the box was "Man, this thing is really well made!". I like the high contrast pattern and the thick ring that holds it open. If you have a Phamtom drone, any thick grass will cause errors with the gimbal. This solves that problem. I'm very pleased with this landing pad.

Excellent landing/takeoff pad for the DJI Spark. Only 10'' and very light. I'm primarily using it for outside use in forests and creek/ river banks for photography/ videography. Excellent customer service. Arrived in two days.

Great portable drone landing pad. Good quality materials and design, with plenty of elastic tabs to fix it to the ground. It folds down to the size of your palm when you’re done, it’s perfect for smaller drones and travel.

I see people buying leg extensions for the Mavic pro, I think this option is much better. This is my first landing pad so I cannot compare it to other but. It is very well made, not too big when folded and works great.

I bought this because my drone had a problem tipping in tall grass. one time the blades hit and flipped the drone. With this I have a level landing pad. The case is nice to store it in and takes little room.

This is a very well made product. The material is tough and it makes a perfectly tight circle when opened. Folds up easily into a small easy to take fabric zippered case.

Nice and compact so it fits in my camera bag which I use for the Mavic. Still to try out a return to home from taking off from the mat but I'm sure all will be ok.

Super high quality, very nice carry bag that includes stakes to hold it down on windy days! Highly recommended addition to your fleet.
