Easy to inflate and deflate, evenly balanced support, breadth and length will suit most, I am 90kg and it supports me well. Deflated size and weight are manageable and the stuff sack makes transportation and storage very easy. Instructions are easily accessible on the internet but not provided with the product so I recommend that you inflate, deflate and roll at home after viewing the videos - the product is excellent.

I tried Thermarest. It was too thin. This pad is wonderful! I am almost as comfortable as being in my own bed at home. The hand pump works great. It takes around 40 pumps to fill it up. Deflation is easy, just unplug the pad and roll it up. I love the fact that the pad doesn't squeak or crackle when I am on it. Quiet and warm mat with an awesome design. I LOVE this mat! I was warm even when backpacking in the snow.

much better than my old 1970's vintage Frostline-kit sleeping padslept on concrete patio (non-snow-covered) when it was - 9 deg. F with -20 deg. F windchill using the Downmat 9 and a 6.5-lbs goose down Frostline-kit sleeping bag and was toasty warm
