does what it says. the labels are the best bit though. Other hanging files I have bought have plastic label holders that clip over the edge of each file and you slide them along the edge to line them up. These ones are different and so simple. The plastic label holders fit into pre-cut slots on the inside of each file so they stay put, don't fall off when you ram too much into your filing draw and they are pre-positioned so they line up beautifully. You can have 11 visible file markers before you have to start again at position 1.Bought these VERY cheaply as the external packaging was slightly damaged. Files themselves were perfect.Oh, and I love the bright blue colour!
