This was purchased as a spring/summer duvet cover and after reading other reviews, I did not expect the material to be thick.It is quite "starchy- scratchy" but I think an initial wash with conditioner will solve that issue.The pattern is really lovely - will look great in our country cottage bedroom. Flowers and birds very pretty.We have a grey bedroom carpet and can't agree with the other review - it will compliment it.The background colour is a light grey. The seams all seem to be machined well. Can't see any bits of cotton hanging off it.For the £ - less than £20 I'm more than happy.

This is such a pretty bed set and for the price looks far more expensive. It’s washed up well and needed just a quick press.
