I have 2 of these units fitted into a Netgear GS724T, used as uplinks into other devices. The management on the switch recognises the presence of these and reports back the statistics for the port, exactly as the branded versions would - since both these have worked fine to date, will be fitting 10Gtek 10Gb fibre versions into other Netgear switches. I have no issue recommending these - excellent value for money.

Excellent product. Plugged into an empty SFP slot on my Netgear GS110TP and was recognised straight away. Looks and feels like a quality product. Throughput is as good as any of the standard RJ45 ports on the switch. Mine does get quite warm to the touch as other reviewers have stated, but not to the point where I would be concerned.

These adapters are the fifth of the price you would pay for an original adapter and they work perfectly and we have had no problems with compatibility.

Nicely packaged, works fine with my Ubiquiti switch. Allows me to use the 2 SFP ports in my switchfor additional connections (obviously not PoE).

Used this in my new UniFi US-16 XG switch to connect it to my USG, works great and frees up one of the 4 10gb RJ45 sockets for other use.

Have two plugged into a Unifi US-8-150W and work perfectly. Works only with gigabit networks. If the device is 10/100 will not connect.

Have used these in Netgear, HP and Cisco switches and they have not let me down yet. Also they are good for the 10Gtek media changers.
