Works as you would expect and greatly expands the use of our smaller switches.We use them on Cisco Meraki switches, and they work just fine and provide us with "copper" ports in place of where there would normally be fibre SFP modules.They are detected as generic SFP modules but work at 1Gbps and work just fine for us. We keep buying more and more of them as time goes by as, for example, on our 8-port + 2-port SFP switches, it's a quick fix or temporary upgrade to get two of this and make a 10-port Cat5 switch from it until we can upgrade.

It's network interface, so it's a binary thing, either it works or it doesn't... mine did! Great value from this seller though and a super speedy delivery meant I got things running well inside my window of work.
