A great addition to the base game, increasing replay ability. The 5th star is lost because, as others have mentioned, the packaging is very lightweight, and by the time it's been through the post, heavily bashed up and instantly discarded, folding the components into the main box. More importantly, the game desperately needs a reference card for players like Wizards tower added, explaining the specials of the new monsters, rather than having to look up things every round!

More complications and more fun.If you like castle panic, but think it could use a bit more of a challenge then this is well worth the money.The box it comes in is low quality, but you should be able to fit everything in the box for the base game, even if you have both expansions.

Like the previous expansion, the Wizard's Tower, this makes the base game much more difficult, definitely stepping up the panic level, yet without losing the element of fun of the original. Highly recommended.

In my mind this is the best Castle Panic expansion of the three released so far.It allows various degrees of difficulty and has a really good defender/monster buff balance.Let the fun begin !
