Bought for use in emergency if electricity goes off.Quite good but mantel is not easy to fit and then burn to the white ash.In use the lantern flickers rather annoyingly but is ok for emergency use.Quite bright and easy to carry if you are aware of the fact that it is very hot.

I had an old gas lamp that had no glass. I can't even recall breaking it, it's that old. Rather than buy a new one I found this replacement. The worry when buying spares online is whether it will fit or not but this did. It's good quality and works well.

"Amazing" might not be the right word to describe the appropriate replacement globe for my Lumgaz Plus lantern. It fits, it works, I'm pleased,

We broke original glass surround and bought this replacement. Pretty good but not quite as snug as the original.
