This is a preliminary review, because I haven’t been hiking since I got the trekking poles.First, I love the way they look. The cork handles fit my hands well. I ordered the little rubber Tech Tips (available here on Amazon) and had no trouble installing them. It’s a little hard for me to open the clamps to adjust the length, but that’s mostly because I have arthritis. Anyway I CAN do it, and it might get easier with time.I’m tall for a woman, 5‘10“, and hesitated to buy the “women’s“ version. Most generic women’s items don’t fit me. However, another reviewer, a man, commented that he was 5‘10“ and would be perfectly happy to use his wife’s poles (this item). I decided to take a chance,

Love these poles. Took them for the first time to hike the El Camino in Spain. They were Perfect.For any woman who loves to hike.
