Ok after a month of taking this i have to say it really works while you really need to be patient with it as we are all different, Over the past fews weeks my pumps have got better and been able to lift more, the best way to take this and it works for me is to directly take a scoop in your mouth then drink a glass of water, Thats just how i take it and it works for me again we are all different.Yes the price the a bit high but again you get what you pay for and i have look into a lot creatine and this one comes out as one of the best as it works for me so much so i have ordered another one. Also a point to remember is i am taking this 5 days a week 2 twice a day before and after gym please may

I've only been taking this for about 4 days so far, so I will update this review because the gains are what I care about. The taste is great though, I usually mix it with the green x factor gatorade. Makes it a little too sweet, but goes down easy. Also wanted to mention I suffered from explosive diarrhea yesterday and my anal cavity was on fire for about two hours lol. If it keeps up I don't know how long I can keep taking the product. And yes, I'm drinking plenty of water.After finishing up the product I can say I made significant gains in the weight room and the explosive diarrhea came to a standstill. With that being said when I get enough money I will purchase again.

I've been going to the gym regularly for over 3 years now and have seen great results and changes in my body. I've tried a few different creatinea, ON Nutrition, BSN, Maximum Precision to name a few but this one DEFINITELY takes the top spot. The combination of 3 types of creatine combined with quality ingredients really means you can feel the power boost right away. I've not taken any supplements over the last 2 months to give my body a break over Xmas period and so I can definitely say this is worth every penny.A thing to note is there is virtually No load time, I got a kick out of it the first time I used it, by day 6-7 I've felt even more power and more endurance to perform for longer.

Can't really compare to other because this is only the second creatine supplement I ever took. But I have no complaints. I do my research - Supposedly Creapure is the best and this brand clearly states that they use Creapure in their mix. The citrus is awesome. Even tastes good when mixed with chocolate protein powder. Sounds nasty but it is surprisingly good. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't mix easily in cold water (recommended to drink with warm water) but it certainly mixes better than GNC's brand. I find it best to put a little water in a glass, scoop in the Beast, mix it around with a spoon, then pour in more water. There are still a few little clumps after that but its no big deal.

The hodge twins recommended this type of creatine for getting some intense muscle gains so i thought i would give it a try. It is supposed to work well because of the the main ingredient creapure which is a high quality patent type of creatine monohydrate from Germany. Also, unlike some other creatines, this one is a blend of 4 different type of creatine, instead of just one. As of now, I am experiencing some good muscle gains and i like what i see. My only complaint is it might make you very dehydrated when you first start taking the supplement. My lips were constantly chapped and i had to drink about a gallon and a half of water a day for a week until my system evened out.

Creature tastes pretty good for a creatine supplement. It dissolves well. If you use Creatine then there are four types in this [Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Magnesium Chelate, Creatine Alpha-ketoglutarate, and Creatine Anhydrous & Vanadium Citrate]. I can't endorse the creatine as effective for me just yet, but I can endorse this product as a very tasty source of it. Included inside is a plastic scoop that's about a half Tbsp (which happens to be the serving size). The directions say use one scoop in 6-8 oz of water a half hour before and after working out. 60 Servings per container. Let me begin by saying that this product is extremely good.I purchased 2 tubs of Beast CREATURE powder for my bulking season.I have to admit I was deeply impressed from the results I got from this product, especially because It is not just simply a creatine monohydrate but it is a creatine blend which means that It contains several types of creatine in it .The results I gained are AMAZING. Guys this stuff is so good that it gets me so happy to come and take when i get off work. It gets me out of bed in the morning, because im so excited to take it. Seriously i read so many reviews about this, like amazon, supplement reviews, bodybuilding, illpumpyouup, youtube, and all of them were saying its so good. So i finally gave in and bought some, im not all about taste i really dont care about it but man i swear you can drink this like gatorade. Around a week i started to see crazy results, i felt bigger, fuller and stronger, was excited to go to gym. Im not over hyping this product trust me im not. If you want bigger arms, bigger chest, buy this.

I honestly can say that I received results from using this so I love what it did for me. But relying on cretine isn't the best thing to do since your body produces about 1 G a day i believe. Make sure you regulate yourself, you're supposed to hop off this stuff for two weeks then go back on it. Since your body gets used to the product and it won't do you any good anymore. If i'm correct this product is supposed to allow you do retain water weight to get your body to grow bigger. Also this is supposed to be a post work out for recovery but can be used before or after or even in the morning!Oh and the taste is awesome!

This Creatine is amazing. I hope they never stop making it. I'm an ex college athlete and have been lifting on and off for 13 years, and I have never gained strength and size as fast as I have been while using this product. I see a lot of people on here using it wrong though...this is not a pre-workout. Take it with your first meal of the day, it stays in your body until you use it up at the gym. 3-5g a day. If you don't take it for a day, it's not going to affect your workout as the creatine from days before is already in your muscles.Anyways, if you're trying to gain strength and size, but this, it works.

Highly recommend this product. I have been using supplements for 15 years and have tried all types. I exercise routine involves weights and triathlon related exercises. I read the reviews on Beast Creature and by far this is the best Creatine supplement I have taken. I did not experience any side effects that some Creatine products can give you, for example, no bloating or headaches. I purchased the pink lemonade flavor and it tasted great. Easy to follow instructions and easy to follow the recommended dosage. If you are looking for a great Creatine supplement, then definitely give Beast Creature a try.

Tried loads of creatine in the past eg halo celltech PhD maximuscle creamax met RX creation......... And this one beats them all the only one that's comes close to this is anabolic halo by muscletech but that is a lot more expensive anyway this creatine is fantastic didnt feel out in the week and half but after that I got big increase in strength especially if you take 20min before the gym I felt I could train all day I've never come a cross a creatine as good I've used this for a month now and have put on 5 pounds of lean muscle

Was never a fan of creatine because it just makes you bulk fatty with water in your muscles and I'm the type who rather put on size but stay shredded and this supplement is indeed the product to get for that. It gives you the extra boost at the gym and I've maintained my cut physic and gained a decent amount of weight and I've only been using it for about two three weeks now. Only down fall is that it gives you cotton mouth really bad so be sure to drink a lot of water

WOW this stuff works right from the start. I take it prior to working out and I can feel the effects pretty fast and it does give me a little energy for my workout. I have to work out after work so prior to getting this i struggled with having the energy to workout. I don't like the pre-workout supplements that give you the jitters. This stuff doesn't give you the jitters and like I said it works very fast. If you are working out you have to get this product.c

Awesome product. Cycled this one for about 6 weeks before I was out. Put on about 10 pounds and saw drastic increases on my bench, squat, and dead lifts (at least 20 pounds on each). My recovery was quick - did feel soreness the next day after a heavy workout but felt ready to go each new day. If you plan on using this, keep up with a decent diet so you dont look too "big" in the face and so that the water-weight doesn't show too much.
