Rack received in double box. Slight delay [3days] from scheduled but as expected in this COVID era. Rack inspected and all good and in order. Top notch quality. Fixed onto Marin Nicasio and found mounting near perfect. Love the details especially the brown leather Basil tag. The khaki color strap added a nice little touch but its made of non-waterproof material. Perhaps Basil can give another look for improvement. Overall its superb "Gravelious" buy for me

There is no stock, although they indicate that there is. When you try to contact customer service, a robot by the name of Silvia responds to you without clear information. Perfect logistics center when they have the stock, but terrible customer service and total lack of transparency.

Really nice, nice finish and makes my old mountain bike a packet bike of rank, along with packing bags at the back, so carry almost everything I need.

Sturdy, stable, and a great finish to any urban bike. Nice and solid and adds a great styling element! Good service from Bike Inn too.

Very sturdy.The strap is almost completely useless though. Will use bungy straps in future.

I love this rack, it fitted pretty well on my 700c wheels, it's light and looks gorgeous.
