I have a basic Acer Aspire X-885 core i5 mini tower PC that I use in my gym for Zwift. It had a single stick of Adata 8Gb of RAM from factory, and Zwift specs suggest that should be sufficient. I added an upgraded NVIDIA 1050Ti low profile graphics card And a Samsung 970Evo SATA SSD and was still only getting an average of 25fps in Ultra mode.Initially I wondered if it was weak wifi, but after checking that by switching to Ethernet I was left scratching my head with the same issue.As a last gasp attempt before upgrading the desktop I thought I’d whack 2x8Gb of the red Ballistix ram into the unit to up the ram from 8 to 16Gb. According to Zwift it shouldn’t make a blind bit of difference,

As any product sold on amazon I am scared to buy because of faultiness risk of any electronics sold and bought on amazon. But then I decided to take a risk and you know - it is worth!! 16 GB is enough for windows hardcore gaming. The speed are incredible of this RAM! I have only one stick of this RAM and this stick and brand are NOT mixable with anything else - you cannot add your old DDR4 RAM together with this one - you computer will simply not turn on because old DDR4 stick I got have 2400 Mhz and this one I have 3200 Mhz - due to different frequencies your computer will not turn on!!!! Be careful - !!! Don't mix DDR4 RAM stix - ALL DDR4 RAM STIKS MUST BE THE VERY SAME FREQUENCY 3200 MHZ!

Not bad. I admit at the time i considered buying more as for the price it was very cheap compared to other brands at the time. Furthermore the fact that it is Red fits in with my overall PC theme, or at least the case and PSU colour!I would rate it higher but considering the price of RAM recently (which by no fault is the seller!) i cant exactly give it more than 4 stars because of how cheap it would have been only a year or so ago.. Also the fact that it wasn't really packaged as one separate RAM stick and instead came in a plastic packaging that made it look suspicious that they had just taken out 1 stick of RAM in a 2x16 Pack just to sell it individually was also a reason i hadn't voted

Got these when they dropped to £36.99 one day, for a Ryzen 2200G build that I was doing. I managed to overclock easily to 2800MHz, and again to 3000MHz. Since this was a build for a customer that was quite far away, I decided to keep it at 2800MHz, in case of stability issues as I didn't want to have to field any service calls. I've bought many of this brand/model of RAM before and found it to be very reliable and amenable to light, though not stellar, overclocking. Definitely recommend this stuff for price/performance ratio, although in fairness faster RAM is better with Ryzen builds. I generally just buy what is acceptable and cheap on the day and this fitted the bill.

I snagged this 16GB kit on a price drop for £55. Seeming as some people pay £55 for just 8GB I was very pleased with myself. I was installing it in a £400 Ryzen 1200 PC, so I was a little worried because I had heard Ryzen performs better with 3000+ MHz RAM, and this was only 2666MHz. However, when I actually got round to testing it out, I was impressed with the performance. I was not experiencing any bottleneck, and I was able to run many programmes and tab at one time. Whats more, the RAM sticks themselves look quite good in my PC. The grey heatspreader is good aesthetically, something quite rare on RAM this cheap.Overall excellent Memory,

After months of research i bought the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT x16gb. I could have paid double if not triple the money on another memory kit that was already 3600mhz tested however i am so glad i choose this ram kit instead after listening to Buildzoid recommending this stuff. I have overclocked this certified 3200mhz kit to 3600mhz with the timings of 14-20-14-28-56. its very stable and runs beautifully on my Tomahawk B450 Max motherboard. the (trcd) seems to be the weakness of this memory kit but everything else can be overclocked to the heavens. I was getting up to speeds of 3800mhz with no split in ratio and/or infinity fabric having different frequency from memory clock etc.

Normally I don’t bother with brands, Corsair xms3 been my main sort over standard type, but getting my first ryzen system, hell my first ddr4 board I needed something decent at a good price with next day delivery, this worked well with my ryzen so much so I got a 2nd, it’s handy they being single channel, tested one of the sticks in my recent H270M-D3H board with a celeron G3950 and worked well.. I was going to get the hyperX black versions for the same price, but didn’t offer next day delivery, plus the ram works so why change.. ordered a single 8gb version for my ryzen in 2400mhz because I’m liking the performance..

This ram works totally stable with stated speeds by selecting xmp profile 1 in pc bios. On YouTube you can find a video on how to overclock. I tested on five boards 3 gigerbytes b350 x370 and b450 an asrock b450 and a MSI b450 all work as described.i was lucky an got two packs of 8gb X 2 kits at £51 on a flash sale. The only negative was the packaging I felt that the product packaging provided little protection for shipping, however all 4 sticks were working and no damages. This ram is a lower profile design so whatever aftermarket CPU cooler you have you won't have any issues with clearance. Brilliant ram, got 2x8gb 3200mhz sticks for 47 pound from Amazon wharehouse! It said there would be scratches and cosmetic damage but there isn’t one single scratch. Overclocked from 3200mhz to 3600mhz C16, so no change in timings what so ever. This is on a ASUS x470 motherboard with a ryzen 5 3600. Amazing performance, 16gb of 3600mhz ram at c16 is unheard of at this price if you can get it on a sale or from the wharehouse.For techies that are curious, my sticks were micron E dies. I believe all are in this particular model, micron E are amazing at overclocking and great value

Although this specific model of BLS2K8G4D32AESBK 3200 MHz, DDR4 RAM was not on the QVL list, it worked first time in my MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC with a Ryzen 5 1600AF at the default speed of 2666MHz. The system did not need to "train" with the RAM. After a few days of making sure the build was stable I used XMP to get it to 32000MHz and it worked straight away. I have yet to test how far I can overclock it but don't think I'd be doing that anyway as overclocking the RAM doesn't seem that worth it to me.

I bought the 4x16GB as I needed 64GB RAM. Partnered with Aorus Master and Ryzen 9 3900x. Please buyer, be careful before you buy 4 sticks of RAM. Inevitably it will be Double Sided and it is hard to get 4 banks of RAM in the motherboard to run at the advertised speeds. Installed the 4 sticks, loaded the XMP Profile in BIOS and wow!! 36 hours of testing in MemTest86 (bootable USB) the memory is rock solid. 5 star recommendation. Micron e-die if you need to know. Thanks Crucial!

Used this for my first home-built gaming PC 4 months ago.Even with lots of programs open (Photoshop, Chrome, PDFs, Word), it's still super quick to switch tasks, and I've had no issues with hitching or crashes so far.I have done some livestreaming on Twitch and also not had any problems, or had to compromise the stream for performance reasons.---My computer specsIntel i5 6600KSapphire AMD Radeon RX480 8GBASRock Z170M Extreme4Noctua NH-U12S

I’m so very glad RAM no longer comes in blistawrap. It looks exactly as shown with minimal and easy open packaging, No issues with the performance other than having to manually configure the speed as my motherboard didn’t automatically detect the manufacturers recommendations.The Price of RAM fluctuates regularly but if you’re looking for this as cheap RAM then I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Outstanding product that works really well with the new AMD ryzen line up of cpus. It over clocks well too.The colour is more of a cream than white but still would work well in a white pc build.It was simply a matter of inserting and turn on l. The ram read at the correct speed first time.Will buy again when I need an upgrade.Hope this helps someone :-)

The RAM set I bought was 2 separate 8 gig sticks (16gb). The default clock speed was set as factory 1600 MHz, combined with the steel legends b450 motherboard, I was able to achieve a stable 2900 MHz overclock without any issues. The heat sink looks fantastic so if you're looking for a white styled build then this setup is a must if you're on a tight budget!
