Having had a pair of Gel Craze TR 4s from ASICS which I battered the hell out of over the course of two years, I thought anything with TR (training) from ASICS would be just as good... how wrong was I!! These have barely any grip at all, you can’t do planks on a wooden floor without slipping and I believe that they’re the reason that I now having a dodgy knee having to correct slipping when squatting, running and other dynamic movements. Steer clear!!
