Well a few days before I bought this cooker I bought a fridge/freezer from AO had no problems they unpacked it and took packaging with them! When they delivered this cooker they left it in the kitchen and went ! It took me ages to remove all the plastic and wooden frame ! I am nearly 60 yrs old and really struggled with packaging ! And I cannot get rid of the packaging due to recycling thanks a million AO

Although the oven door getting really hot.Last cooker stayed cool to touch.Something to bear in mind if you have young children.
