I purchased this mattress as Medium to Firm, as I have done with my past mattresses which I like to change every 4-5 years, but there's no 'firm' aspect about it & therefore it is not as comfortable as it should be. I probably should have returned it but having disposed of my old one in readiness for the new I would have been left with nothing at all so I kept it.At some point, funds allowing, I will replace it with another but next time will buy from a store where I can test out the comfort first.On a positive note the delivery was good.

Have had item since april 2020, and have back ache & hip ache since, expensive mistake. My partner is now developing back ache too! We need toPurchase something else soon. Bought in king. Far too soft sinks right down.
