I ordered a size larger because I have a wide foot. They feel too big but I have enough room in the toe box. They feel like you are wearing hiking boots and are hard to get used to just walking in. Once I figured out the best way to lace and tighten they were better, and I am getting used to them. On the plus side, they help with my lifting tremendously. My coach commented several times on my form, which is usually always corrected. She then told the whole class that everyone needs lifting shoes.. For CrossFit, you will probably need to change them after the weightlifting portion into cross trainers especially if there is any running at all. I couldn't run ten feet in these. We have very little time between weightlifting and the wod, so that takes some getting used to also. Overall, I am happy with them.

These shoes are effective and comfortable for lifting only. They are a cute color, they fit as expected, and the Velcro really helps to keep them tight on your feet. The heels are slightly lifted which is helpful for those that usually need plates under their heels for squats and such. They are study and solid to keep your feet in place for squats and deadlifts lifts and I felt that they encourage me to use my core more for those movements so I don't have lower back pain as much anymore. If you think you can run with these things, you are dead wrong. The weight of the Makes them good for lifting but not for running. Be prepared to change shoes in The middle of a workout if you switch between cardio and lifting. But the two minutes spent changing them is well worth it because these shoes are AMAZEBALLS!

I have big feet (12-13) and I was really concerned when ordering these because they’re cheaper than most lifting shoes. I was sure they were for girls, not women because you so rarely see these bigger sizes. I was wrong. The 12.5 fits great. I have a narrow foot with a higher arch and they work great for squats and deadlifts. Some people said that they were too large and they’re right, however they’re talking about height not length, I believe. When I walk, I get a crease at the top of my toes because they’re too roomy vertically. Horizontally, though, they don’t slide around and that’s what is most important for my lifts.I can’t believe I got such a good deal with these and I’m glad I ordered them.

When I purchased these the size 10 was significantly cheaper than the size 9, which is what I usually wear. In order to save about $50 I thought I would give the size 10 a shot and exchange it if it didn't work. I ended up being so glad I bought a bigger size because they fit perfectly. They are comfortable, the color is bright and fun, and they have good arch support. I have a very flat foot so that was important. I do feel like the heel could be lifted a little bit more which is why I gave it four stars, but overall it is a very nice, high quality shoe and I do recommend it. I have noticed great stability and better form in my squats which was my reason for purchasing them.

These are really great shoes for lifting. I did a few squats in them and they helped my form tremendously. However, if you have fallen arches or are on the wider side of normal I wouldn't recommend these. They run a little narrow for people with that foot type and after wearing them around the house for a bit my feet started to really hurt bye to the arch support digging into the wrong points on my feet instead of lining up with my arches and supporting them. I feel if they had a wider version of this shoe that those would fit considerably better. I will be trying the men's version of this shoe to see if that resolves the issue as they tend to be wider than women's shoes.

I love these shoes! I've been on the market for a good lifting shoe and these definitely lived up to my expectations. I'm not really a "beginner" lifter but I'm not at hardcore professional status either. I normally lift and especially do squats with converse high-tops, but after a while they get too floppy. These shoes have insane grip and keep your foot from moving around mid-lift. I'm a size 7.5 (38 euro) and these fit me perfectly. My boyfriend has a pair of the Nike romaleos and after not finding them in a woman's size, I went for these, and for the price, I think I made a great decision!

First, it's unbelievable to me to find a size 12.5 women's athletic shoe. OMG!! They are a hair short, but the 13 would have been too large (especially since I have narrow feet). Otherwise, the fit is phenomenal. There's a velcro strap that allowed me to customize the fit exactly as I like!! The shoe itself provides the support that I need for lifting. PLUS ... it saves me money. I ruin my cross trainers wearing them to lift ... which flatten out quickly and cost 2 to 3 times as much as these shoes. I am ordering a second pair, immediately.

I have been powerlifting for a couple years in flat shoes. Kept wondering if a lifted heel would help as I have had lower back and knee issues from unrelated past injuries. Kept asking my coach about it and tried using a board to mimic. Finally bit the bullet and decided that if they didn't work I could always get rid of them. I'm glad I did buy them. I'm rebuilding my heavy weight threshold as it did impact that for me in adjusting from flat to heeled but I am happy with my depth and feel I hit the pocket easier now.

Great shoe for lifting at my HIIT workouts. Don't recommend using for running, even on the treadmill. I've only done it for warmups on the treadmill but it feels off. But I LOVE these shoes for strength training. I'm also glad that they look so cool, not that it matters but it's a side benefit. I wish they had more colors and options like the men's version has.

Love these shoes! 4 stars only because they do run a little big. I usually wear an 8.5 and have wide feet so I went with 8.5 per the advice that some gave, wish I would have followed my gut and went with an 8.

Love these shoes for weight lifting. The soles help me stay grounded-- especially for squats and lunges. The soles are stiff, so walking/running isn't great in them. Perfect for what I need them for!

Bought these for my squat and bench. They fit exactly as expected. I felt much more stable in my squat. Also didn’t feel the pinching in my hip during my bench since my heel was raised a little.

LOVE this shoe! I can't ever find anything in 11.5 so it is marvelous finally wearing a show that fits properly (and at a GREAT price!) Definitely helping my form and strength in my workouts.

I wish I would have gotten these sooner! My squat has improved so much thanks to the stability and slight heel raise these provide. If you’re unsure, just buy them!!! You won’t regret it!

Just right! My wife loves them! Colors are fun but wished they matched with more normal colors. Functional. Already increased her squat. Everyone wins!!! (Inducing me!!!) haha!
