This is what I consider a good everyday-carry pocket knife. The workmanship is excellent, as one can expect from Victorinox, and the functions on this one are geared towards urban-use. The long and short blades are ideal for cutting different things, and for opening packages. The scissors also come in handy from time to time. I don't use the other functions much, if at all, but one never knows when they might be needed.The silvertech finish is really beautiful as well, it offers a different look compared to the classic red finish. I am not sure about how scratch resistant this finish is, since I bought a pouch for it, and I am careful with my stuff.Anyway this is a solid product which I recommend,

Victorinox climber is a good choice for a daily carry . It has all the basics that you find yourself needing maybe exept a nail file , this can be corrected if you get the mountaineer model but it gets a fourth layer !The climber is one of the most common models out there and thus can be had very cheap in deals ? Sometimes cheaper than a spartan , the basic model in the 91mm range !I got this silver tech version purely because it was on a lightning deal here on Amazon, I don't like the clear scales though! That aside this is one of the handiest gadgets you can get , even if your not a swiss army knife fanatic? Try one it's long been said ' i don't know how I suvived with out it '

I lost my original climber knife and felt naked without it so I ordered this one sharpish. It's a fantastic bit of kit. I got one of the modern designs which looks really good, although I think I prefer the original red.

Great product. Just like the picture shows. There is no woodsaw as the description says but it doesn't matter. I'd recommend it to anyone to buy. Fast delivery as well. Generally very happy with this purchase.

Brought for my dad as a gift. He loves his army knifes and this one is very nice, good quality.
