Certainly Under Armour has built a very robust and desirable brand, but I can't wear most of their stuff because it fits as tight as your skin. I wear a Large in every shirt style, and when I try on Under Armour "spandex style" knit shirts for athletic wear, I always try on Extra Large or larger to try to find one that does not feel like I just met a boa-constrictor, as I slip it on. And even those larger sizes are too dang tight. I guess that is OK if you are a "ripped" body builder who wants to show off every curve that has been built in the gym. I am 6' 2" and 190 pounds, and in very good shape, without a beer gut, so I guess I might classify myself as average build (not chunky and not skinny),but I don't like the looks of Under Armor on my body, because I don't have all of the ripped curves of a gym rat. I do hit the gym 3 times a week for 1.5 - 2 hour workouts....45 minutes cardio and 45 - 60 minutes on weights and machines. In that activity, I normally wear loose fitting t-shirts in summer and same in long sleeve for winter, without feeling a need to "show-off". I'm there only for the good it will do me.NOW.....this animal is much different and I like it a LOT. The fabric is very soft to the touch, and it is extremely light weight on the body. Wicks moisture very well. And MOST importantly, it is flattering with a shaped fit, while leaving some breathing room. I don't feel like I am smothered in shrink wrap with this shirt. It is a fitted cut, but with plenty of give and a relaxed fit for working out. The color of course, as you can see, is a dark charcoal grey with a horizontal striation, tone on tone pattern.Bottom line, is that I wish UA would produce more athletic gear with a looser fit like this one. Most of us are not Dwayne Johnson's, who look great in skin tight tops. I will be wearing this not only in the gym, but also as casual street wear. Looks great. Since most Under Armour athletic gear is so darned tight, I labeled this as "Somewhat Large", only because it is larger by expectations of the brand's norm. But as it relates to most "Large" size shirts, I would actually say it "Fits as expected".

Under Armour is a leader in active-wear and their products rarely disappoint. This shirt is of the same great quality we have come to expect from Under Armour and are willing to shell out some bucks for it since they can be quite pricey.I got this for my father, who likes wearing active-wear as casual everyday attire but this shirt will work great for any serious athlete/exercise aficionado. The new seamless knit used in the shirt makes for a very smooth, sleek feel that feels much better on the skin than the slightly scratchy texture of most athletic attire with "breathable" mesh. Not only is it soft and lightweight,the fitting was very pleasing - a refreshing option from the skin-tight range of exercise clothing that Under Armour parades and that only looks good on those already in good shape (for reference see their models). The large size turned out to be perfect so if you are looking for something well-molded to your physique but not sticking to your skin, order a size up from your regular shirt size. It has been doing a good job at wicking away sweat and keeping my dad dry, especially in the midwest heat. The anti-bacterial technology of the fabric is another plus point.One peeve he had: the super long crinkly tags at the neckline of the shirt - we appreciate the tagless print but care instruction label tags could surely have been placed in an inner seam of the shirt. They would still need to be removed because of how long and stiff they are, but putting them on the neckline is annoying. This might seem a minor nuisance to some but we thought we should put it out there.

This is a very well-made garment that I plan to take with me on my upcoming trip to Scandinavia. It feel that I will get quite a bit of use out of it as something that I can wear under another shirt, with a thin sweater and then a light jacket; I am a great believer in the layered approach to dressing. It is so thin that it take sup almost no space and can easily fit in a side poach of my knapsack. I particularly like that it is a seamless garment which ensure comfort. It washes very well, keeping its shape and not stays smooth afterwards.

I would give this shirt 10 stars if I could. Instant favorite and my new go to gym shirt. Love the long sleeves which are comfortable in the winter (or A/C gym) but this great material stays cool and breathable. Its similar to like the Nike Legend material, but just so much better in both fit and comfort. Feels GREAT on your skin. The advertised sizing fit exactly to my expected size. I'm not a sweaty guy, so I can speak much to the moisture whicking properties unfortunately. I just ordered three more of these, no lie.

This is a decent value for what you get. The stitching and finishing are impeccable, and the fabric seems to have a bacteria-resistant finish, as it should for the price.Compared to other brands, as a base layer, this shirt runs a little large, compared to a t-shirt, it runs a little small.I ran this shirt pretty hard during a long outdoor winter weekend, and I'd be happy to take this along again in the future. It performs well as a base layer and is more "tuckable" than some of my other synthetic shirts.

This UA long sleeve makes a great baselayer. it moves and stretches with you and the sleeves are long enough to stay in place even when moving around (a problem I frequently have because my arms are slightly longer than the average person. I usually fit a large perfectly, but this shirt's fit is comfortable but slightly loose, consider one size smaller if you are looking for the typical compression fit.

very pleased with this shirt.quality is there - our normal brand is Columbia, and this UnderArmour shirt is right up there!love the stretch, fit, feel.very breathable.easy to wash.love the layerability factor with this shirt - no bulk, but plenty of coverage.very very very pleased - this is our first UnderArmour garment, but will NOT be our last!highly recommended!

This review is for the Under Armour Men's Threadborne Seamless Long Sleeve T-ShirtVery comfortable with the new fabric design of being seamless.Only downside is the huge tags that rub. Always have to cut those off, and that can be problematic if you cut down too much.Wicks moisture perfectly

Nice workout or running long sleeve layer. Got a too large size (size large for 175 lb 5'11" so using it more for top layer since it's too long and a little baggy as a base laye. still works great over a shirt. Nice quality and stylish. Nice simple shirt with stylish subtle design.

I ordered the large size as I am 5'4" 190bls. It fits quite well except the arms are a bit too tight. I do have large arms for my frame because I am a weightlifter. I can't order a bigger size as the sleeves would be too long. Other than that it is a nice and attractive shirt.

I wish there was an Under Armour product that was *just in between* this shirt and a compression shirt in terms of fit. I’d buy the hell out of that product. If someone knows what it is, let me know.

This is a very nice looking light weight shirt. It fits well and looks good and is comfortable. It was true to size. Nice blue color. I would recommend, my dad loves these shirts.

Awesome shirt! Fits great, feels great! Like many other customers mentioned, UA needs to get rid of those idiotic plastic tags (3) on the back!!!

My husband had this tee in short sleeves so we ordered the long sleeve one. Fit is true to sizes-he wears size XL. Well made and good quality.

Great fit and keeps me warm on those cold morning runs. Hopefully it will continue to hold up during washing cycles.
