The suitcase is a good size and looks good. However, it has not proved to be very robust and it is disappointing considering the price.After the first use it had black scuff marks on the case that could not be removed. Following its second use the tag on the zip that operates the expansion part was missing. The eyelet holding the tag has come away at one end enabling the tag to drop off. I don't think this should have happened. There seems to be a fault with the eyelet. Suitcases should be build and tested to withstand the treatment expected from airport baggage handlers.
