It is bigger and heavier than the other products, but you have a tool that lies comfortably in your hand and can be used in the workshop. Too big and heavy for traveling. But what normal person has to rivet a chain on the go, except extreme ones? The change pin can easily be made from a hardened cylinder pin after it has worn out on the lathe. This then lasts forever. Processing also ok

Used quite a few times now working on a number of bike builds and works great, spare needle head and chain hook in the handle are ideal. Only thing I would say is the needle is not always perfectly aligned ie straight when rotating the handle but never poses an issue whilst doing the work.

Excellent tool, sturdy, very easy to use. I bought a cheaper one which snapped the first time I tried it. This one removed the link with no effort. I would highly recommend. Worth the extra money and fits all chain types
