I needed a small bag to hold my iPhone within easy reach - didn't fit in my saddle bag and is too inaccessible in a rucksack. These days, your phone is often your map and ride tracker etc too, so it needed to be handy. My iPhone is in an Otterbox Defender case, which makes it a little larger but it fits almost perfectly in this bag. You could leave it in there on its own and the bag is padded enough that it wouldn't rattle around. Having said that you could also squeeze a second thing of about the same size in next to it if you needed to. There's also two outer pockets which would fit a couple of gels in them (one of them isn't covered by the flip over cover). The waterproof cover fits over nicely and keeps everything tight.Fits very well to my Scott Scale 70 MTB which has a reasonably chunky frame. All 3 straps fit just about perfectly. The underside of the bag is a soft plasticky non-slip type stuff that should be kind to your frame and both of the straps underneath have bits of materal to protect your frame from any rubbing.Update May 2012: Have now done a few hundred miles with this bag attached and it has been excellent. Fits well, doesn't move and really is the perfect place for your smartphone and an energy gel. Well recommended.

I had been eyeing up this exact bag in a well known Glasgow bike shop. At over £13, this was considerably more expensive than this one on Amazon. I am so glad that I checked Amazon before going back to the bike shop.I attached it easily and securely to my Pendleton Ashwell bike, popped my Samsung S4 mobile into the main pocket and some emergency cash into the slip pocket. My daughter and I set off on our journey to the Transport Museum, where we like to sit outside and have a picnic. After having our sandwiches and tea, the heavens opened. We packed up quickly and got ready to head home (35 minute bike ride away). I popped the rain cover over the bag and hoped that my phone would be okay.35 extremely soggy minutes later,we arrived home, soaked right through. I tentaviely opened up this little bag and discovered that my phone and the emergency cash were both bone dry.I thoroughly recommend this absolute bargain. It stayed upright on my travels and kept my phone dry. It is comfortable to cycle with. For just over £5, you cannae beat it!

I was looking for something I could put on the bicycle top tube near the handle bars. All i needed was space for keys, maybe wallet, and phone. My big wallet won't really fit into this but that is not a big issue. I just put the cash in. I also wanted easy access to the phone when riding. Something where I could just reach down and grab it. This fits the bell perfectly. The top mesh flap is held in place by velcro so easy to open ( though the velcro is actually pretty strong - which is good). And it has a water-"proof" cover in case it rains. You can leave it tucked away in which case you want to see inside the bag during the ride. The velcro on the straps is pretty strong too.So no worries about the bag falling off. Including the time I forgot to fasten the front strap so the bag actually flipped down and I was riding with the top hanging down. Everything held in place.

This bag attaches well without risk of damage/scratching thanks to the little nylon tags that separate the plastic buckle from the frame.Centre compartment is just about right for 4 gels or maybe 5 at a push. The two little side pockets won't hold anything bigger than a small smartphone (something like a HTC Desire C Sim Free Smartphone - Black). Even the bigger central compartment will only just fit something like an iPhone/HTC One X/Nexus 4 if fitted with a bulky cover/case such as the Ballistic SG Shell Gel Case for HTC One X - Black. The top flap is easy to open/close while riding and is secure enough to stop things bouncing out on the cobbles. I'm not sure how waterproof the rain cover is,i'm sure shower proof would probably be about right. Mine's been out on a few rainy rides and my phone has stayed dry enough not to get damaged, that's about the best I can say.

Fits my iPhone 11 in snugly as well as a multi tool, lip balm stick, and space for a few sweets or small cereal bar. I feel my phone will be protected if I fell off as the case is padded and as it’s a snug fit the phone shouldn’t fall out.The rain cover is a bit small and barely covers the edges where the rain is most likely to get in, I had to make sure the cover was carefully positioned but not convinced the contents would stay dry.Nice there are a separate pockets to keep items secure & and prevent scratching of phone. A zip top would have felt more secure but so far the Velcro fastening flap has performed well. The bag has stayed securely in place without slipping or moving and is easilyto reach.

I use one of these on my hybrid bike to carry my wallet & keys. Used in combination with a rear wedge bag I am able to carry all the items I need for cycling without having to carry a back-pack.Please note: It won't fit on all bike frames though as you will need to have enough space on the headtube to wrap the forward facing strap around. I was also hoping to fit one of these on a mountain bike but the top tube was too thick for the bottom straps to wrap around. The product description does give recomendations for head & top tube diameters so I won't deduct any stars for this review but I would advise checking your bike before purchasing this product.

This little bag is super handy. I know its intended use is for storing energy gels in an easy to reach place, but I use it mainly for holding a small power bank which I connect to my phone which is mounted on the handlebars. I also use it to store my keys and wallet if I'm making a short trip into town, mainly because I don't want them falling out of my pocket! The kets go in the main middle pocket and my wallet will slide into the side pocket. The pull over rain cover is really great as well to keep wallet and/or phone charger dry!I picked this up for a really good price as well, well worth the money!

I purchased this bag to keep my keys inside as I cycle to the train station daily and it was frustrating to have to keep digging into my backpack for my keys to lock and unlock the bike. Its such a great little bag! It fits on my bike very well, is very secure and was a good price. The rain cover can be stowed away when not in use as there is a mesh lid that covers the bag as well. This is useful for me as it shows there is nothing to steal in the bag when left at the station. I thought it was such good value for money, I've just purchased another bag for my 2nd bike!

I was looking for a small, waterproof cycling bag that gave me access to items in a hurry. No more missed calls on the mobile, not being able to slip the rucksack off in time. Also easy access to my camera, I've missed so many decent shots where I couldnt be bothered to stop, slip off the rucksack, etc etc.I can fit my mobile phone, camera and keys in it. Perfect. Its pretty stylish too - not too 'big' and has the option of a rain cover. Can't comment on how waterproof this is as not ridden in the rain yet. Has secure velcro fastenings for easy 'on-off' action.

This is a great wee bag for the front of your bike. Was slightly worried about whether the straps would fit round my fat mountain bike tubes but they did. Have been out on the bike with it a few times now and it does what it needs to - provides somewhere to put my phone and keys. Like other reviewers said, it can get in the way a bit if you're up out of the saddle but for me that's not a deal breaker. Also has a waterproof cover which is handy!! I'd recommend this product.

Have purchased Topeak products before and always found them good quality. This fits easily onto frame as described, held in place well, ideal for holding phone / keys / ipod, etc whilst out and about. Waterproof lining inside, small side pocket, rain cover is like a cap to keep water off the top, all thats needed realy. Does what its supposed to and is designed to, what more can you say...For more detail visit topeak web site:Topeak TriBag All Weather toptube bag

Quality product but very small. I can fit my Xperia Z 5" phone and some keys in it, which is what I need and no more. Also the front strap does not have long enough velcro on it to make a tight wrap around the handlebar stem so if there's anything heavy in the bag it can lean over to one side and knock off your knees. It feels very high quality though and the rain cover is good but why not just have the rain cover instead of also having an open netting?

I like to have all that I need when out on a bike. If not wearing a rucksack, I seem to need more space than the shirt pockets and a saddle bag allow. This bag fits neatly on the frame, doesn't wobble about - and is reassuringly in line of sight if you might be anxious about losing things like money, phone, camera. Your knees won't catch it as you pedal. I haven't exposed it to rain, yet, but would recommend as a way of getting a bit more storage.

This is a great piece of kit that sits neatly on your top tube. It is secured with three velcro fasteners, one around your headtube and two around your top tube. After using it for about two months now, it has never moved, loaded or not. I normally carry my mobile, keys and money in it and find it easy to access while on the move. I don`t know if you can be fined for riding while using a mobile. !!! The waterproof cover works very well too.

Very useful for longer rides to store money/keys/food/mini lock etc and easy to install. The rain cover seems to work well and is quick and easy to deploy in an unexpected shower.Happy with this for the price but not the perfect tube bag; I have found it to slide/tip from side to side a little bit and sometimes can get in the way of my knees when climbing out the saddle (but this may vary bike to bike and by person).
