The Thule system is 'complicated' to work out! I was trying to convert bars from my Meriva (05) (mounting brackets in the roof) to a Zafira (60) with the roof rails with no gaps underneath. Took me a while to work out what bits I'd already got, and the bits I needed. Was quite happy when I worked out that all I needed was this different mounting kit. Check out the Thule website for the bits you need. It's not a cheap system, but I could convert my old bars for less than £40, and it seems a pretty solid system. My husband did had fun trying to fit them, but I think he'd just not got them on quite the right bit of the roof... He got there eventually! ;-)

Works well as described on my MY2014 Insignia Tourer with Thule quick mount kit and Aero bars.
