I bought this bottle of Vintage Port as an 80th Birthday present for a friend. Although the Port is the most important thing, part of the reason I bought this bottle of Port was that the wooden box it was supposed to be contained in, I thought, added to the presentation and authenticity of what was a Vintage Bottle of Port. I was therefore disappointed when it arrived in a cardboard box and just had to give the bottle to my friend..

The Port is excellent as you would expect from this Quinta but only 3 stars as the box was missing and I wanted to use it as a gift. However on complaining to Amazon I was given a discount.

I as the other reviews have stated was expecting this port to come with wooden box it was photographed with. I am disappointed that it did not come with the box

The website and my email showed this bottle in a decorative box. But I only received the bottle. So I was extremely disappointed!
