While playing with my granddaughter's Sylvanian family Luxury Loo, I realized that the animals didn't have any place to wash their hands. Since our little one is two, she is on the verge of being potty trained, so this is a learning toy as well. Although she often hides the tiniest animals in the toilet and closes the lid, I think she is getting the idea. It's so much fun to role play and set up the rooms. This is a necessity for any civilized Sylvanian family and is easy for small children to handle.

My daughter is in love with sylvanians and this did not disappoint! she is blessed to not have the knowledge of how expensive even the tiniest of items are. I however freak out whenever i accidently hoover up anything that sounds plastic! i really should look at a bagless vacuum after the amount of times i have rummaged through it!!Anyway 5 stars from me for allowing my daughter to be able to play with such realistic items in her own little world !

I love these, great quality and a good price for any dolls house. Just the right size and look great. Very happy, i have been buying more of the selection offered by sylvanian families for the childrens dolls houses because of the good quality and i know they last for years as i have some items from my younger sisters which are 10 years old at least and still in great condition and they played with them alot so worth the investment.

Sylvanian families furniture fits perfectly into my 1/12 scale dolls house. I love all the little intricate accessories that come with the furniture sets (although these would not be safe for small children as a lot of pieces could be easily swallowed). Excellent value for money especially as I am renovating the Caroline’s Home vintage dolls house.

Lovely little set, Would have loved this as a kid myself. Expensive but as far as Sylvanian accessories go this one is actually not too badly priced. I bought this along with the bath and shower set which is a must! Definite staple for any Sylvanian home, also a good way to teach the little ones to wash their hands :D

I bought this as a prop for my niece's collection. It's very cute, practical and gets lots of use when she is playing. There are a lot of small pieces to this toy however (pretend bottles and toilet rolls etc), so I'd recommend gluing down some of them to stop them getting lost. Otherwise, a solid purchase.

Although it is still a bit expensive it's the best price I've found for a brand new item but Sylvanian is expensive. It has lots of realistic little bits that make up the set and is good quality it is a great addition to my granddaughters Sylvanian house they love it.

THIS WAS A PRESENT FOR 8 year old granddaughter she was delighted as she got the house for Christmas off Mam and Dadshe loves these little bits and pieces and will play for hours with them thank you for such prompt delivery

I have been using this set to house-train my pet guinea pigs. I have put it next to my full sized toilet so they can watch and learn from me - and their pellets are quite dry, so the lack of plumbing is not an issue.

A great set, the pieces are very difficult to balance but that's all part of the fun. The toilet is cute and almost looks functioning and the accessories are detailed and cute.

Bought this to go with the Sylvanian Cottage which I have bought for my Grandaughter as a Christmas present, all the ones I looked at this one was the best value for money

Item arrived quickly & was well packaged. It is well made with plenty of detailed accessories. Will make a great addition to any Sylvanian property. Well worth the money.

This was a huge success with my young grandchildren, who are going through the toilet-fascination stage. Beautifully made but expensive if you can’t get a bargain price.

My niece has been collecting Sylvanian Families for years, but I have never seen her as pleased as when I bought her this toilet set! It is detailed and perfect in size.

My daughter is got a whole house of Sylvanian. So now she is collecting furniture for this house. This is a very nice set of furniture for that house, she is happy.
