I've just bought this set for one of my younger nieces as they have recently started to collect Sylvanian Families and although she has a few of the buildings and accessories, she doesn't have many of the animals to play with alongside. This is a major blast from the past for me as I used to collect and play with Sylvanian Families when I was growing up and actually had the squirrel family along with a lot of the others such as the rabbit and bear families. It's so very nice but also strange to see my niece now playing with them and in fact all of my childhood toys seems to have made a come back (My Little Pony's and Care Bears too) recently.

As with all Sylvanian Families characters, the squirrel family is super cute. I played with Sylvanian Families myself growing up so there was a lot of nostalgia tied to this purchase for my daughter.I wish I'd bought one of the other animal families though, because the lovely fluffy squirrel tails are quite big so the figures don't fit the Sylvanian Families furniture sets very well.They're also dressed like they belong on Little House on the Prairie so not suitable for those who are dead against gender bias in toys. It would be great to see a more modern-take on their attire.

My daughter loves her squirrel family, especially Ralph. She fell in love with them after watching the sylvanian tv series so we ordered them with some birthday money. As always they’re lovely quality and my daughter gets so much joy out of them (so does mummy too). A lovely family to add to any little ones collection.

As with all Sylvanians sets this is brilliant quality. You do get what you pay for and this is no exception, well worth paying a bit more for the quality and durability of these sets. Bought for my 5 year old daughter last Christmas, she loves it and we have had no breakages or damage to any of it.

Very cute Sylvanian families family. Expensive but very well loved so worth it. Just make sure they are kept out of the reach of the family dog, we have had several nasty incidents where Sylvania residents have lost ears after being left within reach of a naughty dog.

Super cute squirrel family!..dad,mum,brother and sister. They have movable arms and legs and removable clothes. I love their bushy tails.... Great price at £10.rrp £16.99. Very happy with purchase. Arrived before due delivery date and in excellent condition.. Thanks

I have bought my granddaughter a Sylvanian house for Christmas and chose these squirrels to be her first family as she loves feeding squirrels when we are out on walks. They are really cute and the little outfits are so sweet

Another product which is much nicer and cute when you actually see them. Great value and i know my cousin will love them when she gets them for christmas. Thank you. Would definately recommend to buy.

My granddaughter had the Sylvanian manor for Christmas. It came with 2 baby squirrels. She is worried that they haven't got any parents so I thought I'd better get some for them. They are very cute.

My granddaughter of 5 years old loved these little animals, she plays all the time with them. Loves squirrels and cats so I got her one family of eachfor Christmas.. perfect! Happy granddaughter!

This is the second lot of these family's I have got for my little niece who is getting a nice collection keeps her happy and now wants the cat family which I will order from amazon.

Super cute animal figurines and of good quality. You can maneuver the little arms and legs. The bushy tail kind of gets in the way, however, when you try to sit or lay them down.

Sylvanian families used to be a favourite of mine as a child and they now appear to be some of my 4 year old’s favourite as well. Very pleased with the purchase!
