Absolutely love this item - so much nicer than I expected. Lots and lots of little extras, as usual with Sylvanian Families, but whilst they are very small, they are much more useful and relevant than lots of the accessories my daughter's had in other sets. The food to go on the bbq is gorgeous and has great play value - she's been using the set with other toys, not just her SF stuff (Peppa Pig's been having lots of bbq's with her friends!) All lovely and way more durable that I thought would be - the chairs and table are surprisingly sturdy. Both me and my daughter think this is one of the best SF sets ever!

As always, this product was delivered very quickly. It was bought for an 8 year old, and compared to other Sylvanian Families products is an excellent price. However, within just a few days of having it, the umbrella broke, having to be stuck together wit blue tack! Also there are lots of small parts, which are easy to lose, and not really suitable for young children. However, it gives my 8 year old hours of fun making all her people cook and eat BBQs!!

Daughter very much into SF and this goes perfectly with the Beach Cottage she had for Christmas. Only down side is given the appeal of SF from such an early age, some of the more smaller pieces, various sets, e.g. Glasses, mantle clock, toilet brush will and have got lost because they are so tiny. Maybe these could be sold in separate sets for when the child is older, more likely to put away after themselves and less likely to lose things.

This is a wonderful set, well worth the cost, and I was surprised at how many little items were added. There are even little skewers with meat and veg for the barbecue.I was so impressed I bought another one for my second Sylvanian house. With Amazons reduced price anf free delivery, these were a real bargain.Note: there are many choking hazards with such small pieces so please make sure your little people are supervised.

An excellent quality toy with lots of detail and very well made. There are lots of tiny accessories with this barbecue set which no doubt my daughter will lose quite quickly but I can't blame anyone for that. She loves it and will get hours of imaginative play from it.

We bought this for our young niece(6yo)to keep her amused on her last visit.It was an outstanding success and she happily played with it all afternoon (and was careful to take it home with her when she left!).Highly recommended.

Another lovely set. I do think Sylvanian works out expensive because everything has to be bought seperatly but they are lovely quality and very sweet. They should last years and both my 4 and 7 year olds love them.

Very cute. Daughter has enjoyed very much. Nice little set with features that encourage imaginative play. I love the figure that comes with it, my daughter called it, "daddy!" Lol

This is great, good quality, loys of pieces and really imaginative. Using it with the cosy cottage starter set. Box was not in good condition when it arrived however.

This was a great bargain at only £4.50. Lots of little bits so they can easily be lost. Very well made and my daughters loved playing with it. Very cute and sweet.

The attention to detail was fantastic withy this product however there are a lot of little items included and would need to be careful around small children.
