Extremely warm but sizing confusing e.g. m is a 12 and m is a 14 got the 12 too small returned but seller advises I have to wait 4 weeks for a refund so I am now out of pocket to the tune of £93.99. Poor service not a good representation of amazons amazing service

Love it! Lovely fur around hood, good fabric, quality product. Ordered a 12 (usually 10/12 top) and big enough to wear thick jumper/ fleece underneath. V happy. Ties inside to enable a cinched waist if want a more shaped look.

Oh my goodness this coat is amazing, fits well is very warm, hood not humongous so can actually see when you put it up, no need for thick jumper underneath within minutes of trying it on I was immediately warm and cosy

I’ve had superset coats before and they’ve always been very warm and long lasting, bought this direct from amazon so was genuine and fits great!

Really like this. Very wind proof and long enough to keep you very warm I ordered one size up to make sure and that was a good plan.

Nothing to dislike about the parka granddaughter wanted bomber jacket style Superdry returns policy very prompt and helpful.

Went one size larger as recommended and it fits great,allowing for big winter jumpers underneath.

Coat is very warm but the zoo keeps sticking, its quite big I got a 16 and it’s quite big on me.
