If you've EVER considered a mini tramp, please read my entire review. I'm a 66-year-old jogger in excellent physical health. I was sick with something awful all of January and when I got back to my run in February I sneezed so hard while moving that I pulled a muscle in my back. There goes my workout. Again. I could walk around but not much more than that. Watching TV, I saw a guy at his stand-up desk on a mini tramp and that made a lot of sense to me because I already work from a stand-up desk and know the benefits. So, I went to Amazon looking for the same kind of mini tramp and found this "rebounder" which is bigger and stronger and much more stable than the minis. And since most minis have springs and not bungees, this tramp doesn't squeak. It's quiet, and it has a handle for stability. I was skeptical of the quality because the price seemed too low for something this fabulous...but wow was I wrong! There's no doubt it ain't easy to assemble, and I referred to a great YouTube video to help because those bungees don't attach themselves. Once you get the hang of the tool it goes so much easier so I HIGHLY recommend you check YouTube before getting to the bungees. Also, I had a problem tightening the nuts on the handle so I wrote to Matthias at SportPlus and he was quick to respond with the answer.Believe me when I say that this is the best piece of stress-free workout equipment at this price -- don't pay more and don't cheat yourself by paying less for something that's bound to be inferior. This is a high quality, beautifully designed, built to last workout tramp. I didn't run for over 2 months and I wanted to see if the tramp wouldn't just get me back in tip-top shape but also relieve the stress and strain on my joints, and I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the results. Wish I had before and after pix. Every bit as good and better than jogging because I can lift my knees up so much higher and get such great results with SO much less strain. I turn the kitchen timer on for 5 minutes and hit the tramp while something entertains or horrifies me on the tube. Before I know it the timer's ringing and my heart rate is up nicely. Then I do this again 3 or 4 more times throughout the day, and as I tested this "installment plan" I can attest to fantastic results -- my body is in the best shape ever and it's a FUN workout. I work at home so it's easy to do the increments, but however you time yourself just know that you're gonna get great results. So if you're looking for a stress-free workout that you can do ANY time you want, indoors, watching TV, then I can't recommend this product more highly. Best investment you can make and you don't have to be a jock or a runner, just get on it. Once you feel how secure it is with the handle and the wide footprint you'll understand why I'm taking the time to write this review. I'd go door-to-door to sell them, that's how happy I am with my beautiful SportPlus Rebounder.C'mon -- Go JUMP!

Bought this to replace a 20 year old spring trampoline & the difference is well, almost amazing.Perfect amount of spring, not too much so that I feel unsafe but enough that my ankles/joints feel protected. It’s a pleasure to use.We took a chance on this one and have no regrets. It does seem to have some customer service included, in Germany, so relatively accessible. We purchased a replacement set of bungee cords to use eventually. (also available via Amazon) Though I would hope if there are any issues in the first year the seller would replace free of charge. All bungee rebounders will need new cords at some point. Two months into use there have been no problems. It’s well made, firm and steady in use.The handle does have a little back & forth movement but not enough to cause an issue. For me it’s just there in case I lose balance. The rebounder is large, you need the space to keep it up & ready for use. The legs do not fold in & if you have the handle attached it’s not easy to lean against a wall.Putting together was easier than expected, albeit I left it to my husband. The instruction booklet (good), the instruction video on the left handside of the listing, plus the metal tool for fixing the bands made the job possible. He took his time over a few days, didn’t rush it.He said putting the frame together was easy, pushing the legs out at this stage made it all solid before fitting the cords. On the cords he said the first 4 went on without any problems as the pull length was about 10 to 12 centimetres. The fifth one was difficult as the pull distance was 20 to 23 centimetres and takes some strength. As you continue to fit them they become easier (pull, twist, hook on and bring the end over the stopper to fit).Overall I think this rebounder/trampoline is amazing, very pleased indeed with purchase. It is a real bargain at the price.

My wife wanted this to help her lymphatic system circulation. Assembly was easy enough for anyone who is handy and strong. I did it by myself in about 2 hours.I was impressed by the packing and design. The 6 legs screw into the side rail framework with a fine thread male to female setup. The male ends came packed with plastic caps to prevent thread damage during shipment. Also they each have a thin o-ring pre-installed at the top of the thread where it will meet the side frame when screwed in - I'm assuming to prevent moisture from getting into the threads once they're assembled. In reading others' reviews before buying, I was a bit put off by some who said assembling the elastic bands was difficult. But I found the tool supplied to do this (once I figured out how to use it) worked quite well, and I'd say it's quite ingenious, actually.I had seen other trampolines that used steel springs where this one uses elastic strings - bungee cords, in effect. But there are 36 of them and once assembled I felt this might be superior to steel - quieter and impervious to rust. Theoretically this could even be left outside since the bungees are covered and wouldn't see sunlight.I do have one minor nit to pick and that's how the loops at the edge of the tramp mat are configured. I would have preferred that they be set up so the bungees passed through them vertically, but I suppose because of the way the mat is constructed that would be difficult to implement. As it turned out, it didn't really matter. See photo. The tramp works great and I would buy again. Btw, based on the documentation that came with it, it looks like it's a German design.

I read where this was hard to put together. My daughter came over and thought she would assemble it for me regardless of what the instructions said. She gave up after trying to attach the bungess clockwise ( you attach them on opposite sides then proceed to alternately fill them in). After she left I tried and it was impossible. I read the directions and saw the video another woman of age (thats me too) posted and had it together in less than 30 minutes after undoing what my daughter had done. I guess time will tell how well it holds up but so far so good. As an older person I bought this for the reviews and bungees, which are way more quieter and won't wear out like springs.I am slowly working up to a full workout, 5 minutes of jogging on this thing and im done. I've always walked for fitness as jogging gave me shin splints. This thing absorbs impact so no shin splints. The only negative is the bar, I purchased it with a bar as I had never used one of these and didn't know how stable my clumsiness would allow. I used it the first couple of days but am going to take it off. I was not able to tighten it all the way , whether its a defect or supposed to be that way I have no idea, but removing it will allow me to lean it against a wall when not in use and not deal with its wobbliness from not being able to be tightened all the way.

I bought four of these for small group training at my professional training studio. I spent hours looking at different products, reading reviews and studying specs. This product was my choice because of the high weight rating - 286lbs, the look and the positive reviews. The only negative feedback I found was the difficulty in assembly and that it took at least two people to assemble.I put the first one together by myself - it took 2 1/2 hours of the hardest workout I've ever done! Once you put it together, you don't need to use it, the assembly IS the workout! The second, I got help - 30 minutes. It's really not that difficult to assemble if there are two of you.All that said, it is extremely sturdy,it feels safe (my #1 priority for my clients), it didn't move, even with all the bouncing, and it is SILENT. I tried it out for about 10 minutes and it is also a great workout, and I work out for a living. I definitely recommend this product. My only concern is with the safety bar - I'll probably remove it. If you put too much weight on it, it feels like the trampoline will flip over. If it went all the way to the ground, this probably wouldn't be an issue, so I'm messaging the company to see if a design modification is in the works and if it is, I'll get the new handles.

Part of me wanted to buy a bellicon or Jumpsport right out of the gate, but I wanted to try a cheaper one first to see if I even liked rebounding. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. Here are some pros/cons:• The bungees are VERY tough to install. VERY. The tool they give you is not useful. You are going to need help. Get someone strong with a lot of finger strength and patience.• Overall, it seems decently sturdy, but the hand bar is wobbly no matter how much we tighten it• The jumping surface area is much bigger than I expected• It's bigger and heavier than I expected – which is great, but moving this from room to room everyday would be tough• The portion that covers the bungees looks so awful; mine went straight into the garbage. It's like a cheap garbage bag. I don't know why the company bothers including it. Company: if you're reading this, please redesign the bungee cover OR just remove it completely so it looks like a bellicon. Trampoline looks much better with the bungees showing.• I'm 5'4 and have standard-height ceilings. My head almost hits the ceiling fan lights when I jump. Something to keep in mind.

Having recently discovered rebounding as a low impact method of getting fit and losing weight, i decided to update my cheep trampoline (which was pretty hard to bounce on) for a more professional one. FIrstly, the ordering process went to plan - the trampoline arrived before 1pm as arranged. The construction was a little demanding to begin with, however, by reading the step-by-step guide AND the video on Youtube, my husband and I constructed this within 30 minutes. I would advise you to forget the metal impliment included in the pack. It's unnessesary and tbh quite dangerous. Fix the first bungee on one of the two anchor points, then the second one opposite, then the third bungee on the second anchor point, then fourth bungee on one opposite. THis way it spreads the tension. Otherwise it is impossible to stretch the bungess. Once constructed this gives a great bounce. Just as good as my childrens large one (if not better). It is quite large once constructed so check dimensions beforehand. I'm very pleased with it so far and the price is great for a bungee construction. Hope this review helps.

I have been so excited to get this! That excitement promptly left the house about 5 mins after unboxing! Never in all my years of flat packed furniture making have I ever struggled with something so much as I did with this! It too 3 hours! I broke 3 nails n I injured my arm, n thigh plus my thumbs n fingers are so sore u would think I broke the world record for tightening Allen key screws! It took ages to work out how to use the tool to put the elasticated bands around the trampoline, I did as asked in the book, did the opposite to each one I added and the first 4/5 were fine but it gets tough trying to make the tension even! I'm glad I'm not a bloke cos sitting with ur legs open trying to plug the bungies is dangerous! Many a time the tool pinged right in the wrong place! (If u know what I mean!) Eventually after a lot of swearing I finally had the worst few in and then it was slightly easier! Doesn't help with numb thumbs tho!Had a quick go and it is very springy! Can't wait to try it out properly n get fit! Fantastic bargain in a warehouse deals! Now time to get into a routine!

Really love this rebounder. I got it for the lymph circulation and hiadal hermia therapy. And it's fun. Very sturdy, silent, elevated enough for some high jumps. Fun!! What I love best surprisingly is the handle. The 'T' handle eases into the unit at just the right location keeping me soundly centered but not in the way. As with others the bungee cord twist assembly was very confusing. The manual was not helpful except generally in this assembly. YouTube videos ended up being most helpful but videos were also too distant, fast. Only 3 videos, the 10 second one the best. Replayed it at least 15 times because couldn't slo-mo it. But once we got it, it was kind of fun.Key was working across from one another first developing tension throughout unit as you go. Corners first. I'm near 60 and was able to twist each into place pretty quickly once 4 corners were accomplished. Not sure how much longer it would have taken me if I was alone. As it was, it was assembled in about an hour. And we were still speaking to one another... eventually. Good, intense workout. Very satisfied!

A lot larger than I was expecting but very sturdy. I really wish the legs folded in. This trampoline has a large footprint and while the legs screw off, they screw in surprisingly deep (probably for stability) and it’s a bigger hassle than you imagine to unscrew them when you are looking for the space and you want to tuck this behind the couch or something. I really do like that it includes a cover for covering the bungees. That was one of my requirements since I’m a foster parent to littles who will want to jump on this and I don’t want them getting hurt. These trampolines are a lot of work to assemble but I recommend following the graph that’s provided in the instruction manual on what orderyou should attach the bungees in- I followed exactly and crossed them off as I went and it wasn’t too bad. The first few were the hardest than it got considerably easier. Also, search YouTube for a video on how to use the device they give you to help attach the bungees- this brand actually has an instruction video for this exact trampoline that I found very helpful.

Attaching the bungees is a real chore. The illustration explaining how to use the tool was unclear, and using it incorrectly is a great way to end up pinching your hand, or launching the tool across your face.Having a second person around is very helpful, so that when you're so frustrated you're reading to set fire to the project, they can take over. The good news is that once it's together, it's a joy to jump on. No spring noises, no wobble, and just the right amount of bounce for an adult indoors (unless you're TRYING to bang your head on the ceiling, and you're taller than about 6' 2".The handle is just fine for stabilizing yourself, but if you put your weight on it you'll discover that it has a bit of play to it.I suspect that the welds could be made to fail if you really set out to break it, so don't do that.Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase. Not happy with the hour of my life I spent on assembly, and which I'm not getting back, but I've been jumping every day, and am feeling healthier for it.

I purchased this trampoline in April of 2020 for my teenage son. Needless to say, he’s been using it a lot being kind of house bound. He weighs about 120lbs. In late September, 1 of the straps holding the Matt broke. I contacted the seller who referred me to the manufacturer. WITHOUT HESITATION, THEY SET ME A REPLACEMENT MATT!. Over the years, I’ve bought many of theses types of trampolines on Amazon. And yes, over time the trap would break. I’ve tried in the past with other manufacturers to get it fixed if it broke say within 6 months to a year of using it. I’ve never had any luck until now! Just by them standing by their product I would be a buying from now on! It’s a great trampoline.Well built. You kind of need 2 people to put it together, but it’s well worth it. It’s very sturdy and stable. I’m a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and I’ll now be a repeat customer as I’m buying another one for my sons sister!

Using these trampolines for my FitBounce group classes. Bought 11 of them. Currently running 10 hours a week so they are in constant use and we are really bouncing hard hehe. Great product for this price, helped me to open my fitness business. Was a challenge to put them together but after you find out the grip you ill be fine.I am only 100% happy with the green ones not the blue and red. They should not be any difference between them but I had to change the bungee on the blue and red trampolines after fe months but non on the green trampoline. Also the construction of the blue and reds is crooked. some of the legs dont support the floor so you have to step on them and by your weight make them sit down.Again any problem ith the green trampolinesAnother issue is they are squeaking but my music is too loud so I dont mind this.Other than that happy :)

I am in love my mini trampoline, I used to have one from Gold gym that I got from Walmart for $35 but does not compare to this one. I purchased this one based on the good reviews that it has and I am very happy with it. Like other buyers mentioned it is well made and good quality. I am overweight and I was able to jump on it without any issues or problems. It was a little hard to put it together but I did it by myself and I am a female with absolutely no upper body strength or muscles. I watched the youtube video Sportplus Fitness Trampoline Bungee Set-up and after the six bungee is was very easy to assembly. I do recommend this product for people that are thinking on buying a rebounder and are not sure if the need to spend a ridiculous amount of money for it,when one for $100.00 it just as good and will do the job.
