Well, it's a thin fit case alright, I'm not sure how much protection it will offer in the event of a drop but for what i bought it for it's spot on. I wanted a slim case as the Note 8 is a big enough phone to begin with without adding the extra bulk of a military grade/nuke proof/bounce proof/bomb proof case.Think of this case as being more to protect the phone from the odd wee knock on a desk or being scratched by putting your phone in the same pocket as your keys and you're along the right lines. I went with Spigen as one of their cases protected my iPhone 6 for many years from drops, bumps, being kicked across a factory floor a few time by accident and also being thrown about by young children at home.

As others have said, not a case to buy if you want the best protection as it's very thin and doesn't have much for a raised run around the screen. But it does cover the corners and stops the screen getting scrated if you place it face down on a flat surface. It doesn't interfere with wireless charging provided that you don't install the metal plate (as an optional extra, not included) for magnetic mounts, but that would be a bad thing to do if you wanted to use a wireless charger anyway as any metal in between can get dangerously hot. The case itself is quite rigid plastic but has a slightly rubbery feel for grip. I'm not sure if that's a special coating, so no idea yet whether that will start to wear off over time,

This is a great phone case if you are a person like me who doesnt like to add much of a bulk to your phoneThis phone case is very good quality as you would come to expect from spigen the only reason i would not reccommend these is because it will not add much protection to your phone if you do drop it but the case adds a great amount of grip without adding much bulk

Excellent case. Not too obtrusive, great fit, doesn't interfere with my screen protector, and feels a lot more secure in the hand given the excellent grip offered by the material.If you are after a bruising tank of a case for all-out protection, this isn't for you. For a lightweight, unobtrusive case, this is a beauty.Definitely recommended.

Classy case, fits superb, does not interfere with my glass screen protector, minimal case to show off your phone, the hexagonal design on the back gives you reassuring grip... highly recommended for low activity use, if out and about use a more sturdy case
