When it comes to names you associate with swimming costumes, there are almost none as well known as Speedo (though maybe more for small mens versions than things like this). I checked out this item from their latest range to see if it lives up to their past.As expected, the material itself is all of high quality and seems to be well assembled. The colours of the swimsuit are similar to what you can see in the pictures and makes for an attractive but not too stand out pattern. The fit is perhaps a little smaller than others are at this size but the gusset and back are generally wide enough.Overall then it's a pretty good example of a swimsuit of this type and one that comes recommended from

I love this swimsuit. The double layer of the fabric means I will not be showing more than I need to as the costume starts to thin! It's a very snug fit so holds the tummy and breasts in nicely. I was going to order another as I swim everyday and this has really become my favourite swimsuit. However after just 5 weeks the 'bottom' part of the swimsuit has started to bobble! I was so disappointed so have chosen not to order another.I suppose if you swim once or twice a week it would last a lot longer. As far as sizing it does seem to come up a little smaller. But I feel that this is in length rather than width, so maybe go a size up if you are a little taller.

I absolutely love this swimsuit! The cut is perfect for me. Not a high leg, not a low back, but lined which gives a tight fit and irons out a few of those lumps and bumps! Also because of the pattern and close fit it is not obvious that I am "uneven" due to breast cancer surgery, making it much more comfortable when in the water. It also stays put unlike some costumes when swimming continuous lengths 3 times a week. I did have to go up 2 sizes, but no big deal. It is also retaining its shape, no bobbles as someone else mentioned, and no fading in colour. When it does give up the ghost, i will be buying another - maybe the pink next time!

I have bought this Speedo swimwear in the past, from another company, and was very happy with the product. I was aware that, being a size 8 to 10, I would need to order a larger size and get a 12, which fits perfectly. I am a swimming teacher (and swim for fitness) and get through swimwear quite quickly. However, being chlorine resistant, I am hopeful that this Speedo swimwear will last as long as the last one I had, roughly two years ago. The great thing is, shopping on Amazon, this swimwear was much cheaper than the previous one I bought, and it arrived the next day. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Amazon.

Sorry no pictures but I’m a bit self conscious. It does look like the picture on web page. The black tones the pink down and looks fabulous. The back is called muscle back so it doesn’t fall off the shoulders so you feel secure even if your doing 50 lengths.It’s really well made and washes well.It’s made by Speedo which I used for years and that one never aged or looked well worn. So definitely recommend the brand.It’s nice enough to wear on a beach just put a pink sarong with it and it would look summery.

Lovely swimming costume. This fits my 12-year-old daughter well but I think it would fit size 10 fine too! She’s pretty much adult size now!The design is good and perfect for swimming at school - where they request a ‘plain practical costume’. This has a subtle design but is still practical and acceptable for school swimming!Quality is great and I do trust the brand having bought many similar swimming costumes from Speedo over the years.My daughter says it’s comfortable and it looks nice.

My partner has tested this and review comes from her.The colour is very nice and not too bright. Design is a bit modern for my liking with all the stars, but since they are all blending together, I didn’t really mind. Fabric quality is really good and sizing was also good. Fit very very and I felt comfortable in it, love swimming and jumping/playing in the water and you can do that in this swimming costume. My only suggestion would be to have an even lower cut for better bum coverage.

I am 5ft4 size 8. Ordered size 8 (30) got a size 10 (32) and used to swim in a 30 (admittedly when 20yrs old, vanity and idiocy kicked in here I think!) The 32/10 is perfect. It is a training costume, so it's designed to be tight and push your "assets" flat for streamlining. The lining is a great contrast colour and the pattern a nice change from just black. Getting back into the pool after 20yrs will be OK, I will update you on lifetime if its less than expected!

The item came as described and packaged well,Its also fit very nicely, so props to the size guide,The material is strong and flexible, it's tough and can easily withstand a few knocks and scrapes.the colour and design are also really nice, the colours are nice and bright without being intrusive or standout-ish,My GF uses this for swimming and thinks that its great and easily one of her best costumes, I would recommend.

I have lost count how meany of this style of costume I have bought. I really like the fit and have no problem with the sizing. I swim about 5 times a week and find Speedo costumes very durable. On this particular style the outer layer starts to perish before the inner layer. Generally I get 8 -9 months out of a costume. I think that is quite good considering the amount of time I use them.

Ok the quality of the item was great, nice material all lined really good quality. I am a 12 to 14 and 5ft 9.5 so 14 should have been fine. I think you need to be 5ft 4 to wear this, the arm pits were almost down to my ribs and the chest was so low it was indecent. If you are not tall you will be fine but get a size bigger to be on the safe side. The quality really was good though.

As the headline suggests, the swimming costume is great. The material it is made of is thick and not the thin single layer kind that can make you conscious. However I made the mistake of ordering my regular size for swimming costumes (e.g. at Debenhams), whereas Speedo swimsuits are much smaller than regular swimsuits so I would recommend buying two dress sizes bigger.

I've had several of these costumes because I find them v. comfortable and easy to swim in. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the outer fabric goes loose and baggy sooner than the inner layer; also the sizing is a bit 'off' in that you need a larger size than you really are! That said, when you've find you're size they are really lovely to swim in.

I ordered this for my 5ft3 size 6/8 daughter and the size 12 was too small so ended up going to my 11 year old and ordering the size 14. That being said once you find the size that fits it is a good swimming costume, we have had one previously that lasted 2 years of weekly swimming before needing replaced. Really nice on and comfy.

Lovely colour and good shape while swimming. However, it does come very small. I am a usual UK 12, bought UK 14 and it is just ok (a little bit on the tight side). I'm not a regular swimmer, but I hope it will last. Overall happy with the product, wouldn't mind if it was a bit bigger.
