I was fairly sceptical before buying these tights, how much difference could they really make? They're a lot of money, would they really be worth it? However I'm in training for my first marathon and as my training runs get longer the after effects are also getting more painful and with 15 weeks of potenial pain still to go I decided to bite the bullet.I'm soooooooooo glad I did. Having completed a long jog on the beach in gale force winds on Sunday my legs were already feeling achey when I finshed. As soon as I got home I put the tights on. I wore them all day and all night feeling slightly sceptical as my legs were still aching despite stretching and foam rollering. However when I woke up my legs felt AMAZING!It felt like I'd done a 20 minute jog not a 1 hr 40 minute one! I felt like I was ready to go jogging all over again when usually my post long run aches put me off going jogging till at least Tuesday.I ordered them online as none of my local shops stocked them and used the size guide on the skins website which is quite comprehensive. I was slightly unsure about whether I was A or H but decided to go with H as I wouldn't consider myself to have a particularly small or large waist. I'm glad I did as the waist is comfy without cutting in. I was in between sizes so ordered the smaller one and whilst they leave stitch marks on my legs when I take them off they feel so comfortable when I'm wearing them.I can't wait to wear these after all my long runs (and maybe even some of my shorter ones! :D ) to make the marathon training experience the most enjoyable and pain free it can be!My advice is shop around for the best deal then go for it, you won't regret it!

I have been loyal to skins since buying compression wear, yes they are expensive :/ but consistently get the best reviews and the best results. I normally just use skins vests (shiny fabric on my behind is not something I'm a fan of so stick with joggers :D) but being long limb and poorly circulated my legs get achy quite often so I thought I'd branch out into trying recovery wear...glad I did. These are surprisingly versatile, post work out ache sorted with these worn for a few hours after, I've also slept in them and worn them while travelling. I would highly recommend them for travelling in, temperature regulated, muscles don't seize up,generally makes travelling much more pleasant.Wouldn't actually go running or anything in them though not cut for that - they are quite short in the waist.I have received many compliments on them as well!

Very comfortable after a day's hard walking. A bit short for me.
