Silky smooth gear shifting - I always go back to using Shimano cassettes, I tried using a SunRace cassette because I wanted to change the ratios but Shimano is simply in a different league and the annoying chain noise that plagues other brands is greatly reduced.

I mounted at the last moment before my bike holiday. I felt no shift comfort reduction compared to the XT. Is absolutely reliable and because of the price a wear-related change does not hurt.

Replaced it with new chain and chain ring...all working well. Have run the transmission for a month with no issues
