High quality bearings, which are also much better sealed compared to the cheaper versions! The Deore bearings kept about 1 year with best maintenance - these Saint bearings have to be greased only half as often and last much longer. All in all very cheap and unreservedly recommended!

I've changed out to these BB's on all my bikes. Great value for what I paid for them, they wear well and good Ol Shimano quality. But best of all they have a proper sized flange nut, not that wierd smaller XT sized one!

shimano hollowtechs are a good BB, Really good product, easy to install and last a reasonable amount of time if your a heavy user
