I bought this combi microwave oven to replace an old solo microwave, encouraged by a friend who had just bought one. My research showed most were too big for my little kitchen but this one is smaller, especially height which is a problem in my kitchen. The reviews were mixed, especially about the instructions. What they dont say is how simple it is to use. I've only had it a week and haven't used my main oven at all. The microwave is great, the "hot air" which is equivalent to my fan oven, is excellent and the grill (complete with grill stand, is fine. I haven't yet used the mixed functions but will look forward to that. Instructions were simple and precise, and I was using it confidently within minutes.

At first I didn't really like the symbols with which this is operated but I soon got used to them and it is actually very simple. The oven heats up to 200 degrees in about 4 minutes and the microwave power is great. Looks very smart in my kitchen and I am using it a great deal more than my previous old microwave. I haven't yet mastered the automatic mixed cooking cycles but the oven and grill function are really useful when I don't want to use our main oven. Thoroughly recommend

I would rate this item at five stars but for the fact that the performance of the grill is abysmal. I tried to cook a slice of square sausage under the grill, after 11 minutes the first side was not even browned. The total cooking time for the same thing is 10 minutes under my gas grill. The fan oven function is very effective so I need to experiment with cokking times and temperature settings.

After reading the enclosed (very useful) instruction book I tested the microwave first, worked perfectly, the oven itself is very well made,nothing flimsy about it and I feel well worth what I played.

WE are quite happy with this microwave but found the instructions quite hard to understand. Did mostly through trial & error. But no problem with the functions.
