Review is for the original Samsung case. Be aware that there are many cheap copies sold. Copies are crap, don't buy even if they are only £5 or less!Also be aware that flip doesn't 'click' to phone (i.e. there's no magnet) so it may open when carried loose in a bag. This is not a negative, it is by design to be carried in a pocket (can be a pocket in a bag).Mine doesn't pop open like others wrote. It did when I put on phone, but after about a day it stayed sticked to screen.I haven't used it for long so I don't know if mine will peel or not like other reviewers wrote.Note: I have used it for 5 months by now and still not peeling.ProReplaces the original back cover so it doesn't add to thickness of phone,

Some of these reviews I've read are pretty disparaging. I've just received my cover and it is EXACTLY as I expected.A GENUINE Samsung cover. It fits the back of the phone PERFECTLY (unlike many others which crudely clamp the corners, then break after a few months, you know it's true, be honest, how many other covers have you tried before???).So, if the reviews were so bad, why did I still order one?Well, I suppose it's about expectation. This case is amazing! I don't know why people have been harsh and giving it bad reviews for it. Everyone is saying it doesn't close properly, but I think now they have changed it so it does, because when mine came to me I simply put it on and it was already closed. Even if it doesn't then use your brain and do it yourself by folding the binding with your fingers. Did take about 2 weeks to get to me though but it was from China and I'm in UK so it's alright, definitely worth the money though. Trust me guys buy this product, forget what everyone is saying about it. Also mine isn't breaking down like they says theirs were, they obviously don't take care of their products.

The most important thing to consider is that you remove the cover from the back of the phone and replace it with the back of the case. The case becomes an integral part of the phone, not something that you slip on and off. Only took a minute to swap one for the other and the case back is identical to the phone so you're not losing anything in terms of quality. The case itself is cut exactly to fit, there's no overlap, and it's hinged at the side which means it flips open easily but; there isn't a catch or a lock to hold it closed in your pocket or bag. Back of the phone is plastic, obviously, front of the case has a card/leather type look with a fake suede lining that rests against the screen.

I looked round my local telephone shops for a new case for my Samsung Galaxy S3, I saw what I wanted a genuine Samsung flip case but the prices were all around the £25 to £29 mark which is far too expensive. I looked on Amazon and found this one which is exactly the same, a genuine Samsung product but a fraction of the price. It is good quality fits on very easily took me about 3 seconds. The only critisism I have is I would have prefered if flipped the other way as I hold a phone with my left hand leaving my right free (as I'm right handed) to make notes or whatever.

I purchased this case from the phone shop when I brought my new Samsung Galaxy S3.Being made by Samsung it fits perfectly to the phone, the case replacing the original back of the phone and then having a flap cover to protect the screen. It is a thick material, of excellent quality. Smooth but tough on the outside and like felt on the inside against the screen. You can hold the entire piece as a book or fold the flap back entirely. I have the white case, and it actually stays rather clean. This case only protects the screen, not the phone if you were to drop it.

With this case I assume you get what you pay for, if you buy from one of the cheaper (under £10) stores then you may get a third party case, if however you order (like I did) from Amazon you get a genuine flip case which fits well and looks amazing.At time of purchase the cheap sellers were about £7, Amazon was £15.07.So it's up to you whether you would like to chance getting a non-genuine product or whether you would like to pay extra to get a guaranteed genuine Samsung product.

The product, designed by Samsung is great. I was using case earlier so when i attached the back of flip case, felt that I was carrying some weight on my S3. It felt so light in hand, with keeping the great look of white S3. The only drawback with the flip case is, it attracts finger print.

Not sure why there are negative reviews, my white case arrived very fast and was extremely happy with the quality! I was that impressed that I have just bought a second one for when the one I have eventually needs changing, which by the quality of the first one may be some time.

This is the perfect cover for this phone. You remove the original back cover and replace it with this product, which has the flip cover attached. It adds no weight or bulk to to phone but protects the screen from scratching. Great product and great price. Highly recommended!

I bought this cover back in May and loved itI do not understand why some of these reviewssay it doesnt fit properley... because it does !!It looks really smart, a briliiant cover for abrilliant phone :)I'm buying two more, just cos I fancy a changeof colour !

This genuine Samsung case simply replaces the existing back cover; the only increase to the width of the phone is the flip open front cover. The cost is a fraction of what is charged by the major retailers and is superb value.

Great product! Exactly what I expected from the item, perfect fit! If it's a fake it's a very good one, absolutely identical to Samsung covers at triple the price! Brilliant value and very secure fit, very very happy purchase!

Very slim line and great cover, only issue is due to integrated back you can't remove the cover easily to put the device in a holder if needed (i.e. arm band, etc), but it does fit in some holders without having to be removed.

This is fantastic value for money as they want £24.99 for this identical cover in the phone shops. It was delivered on time and I would definately recommend this.
