Though we're moving to an increasingly digital-world, paper documents can be both incredibly useful and a real bane. If you're in the former camp, then finding a convenient way to store and present documents is a bit of task, given ring binders are often bulky and awkward, and card folios wear out easily. These Flexi Display Books by Rapesco solve this dilemma. They are incredibly light (so they add little weight to your paperwork), made from what appear to be strong plastics and, most importantly, are incredibly compact. Part of this is down to the design of the spine, which can fold flat depending on how many documents you have in the book. Even when the book is full and the spine needs to be propped up,it's not very thick at all.The spine also has a pocket that can hold a narrow piece of card or paper, which you would ideally use to label the book. However in my typical manly, testosterone-fuelled haste, I completely disregarded the fact that the placeholders inserted into each of the 10 spines are blank on the opposite sides (see product image), and I proudly threw them away. This sort of behaviour has almost cost me my job; several times in fact. Each book has 40 pockets that can easily be double-sided, and you get 10 of these books per purchase, so I think it's a pretty good deal also taking into account the range of colours that can be coded to specific subjects. I should point out here that the pockets do feel very thin compared to other clear pockets that you get for ring binders, but these ones are also a touch wider than A4 so there's little chance of tearing them through inserting/removing documents. In a nutshell, I'm thoroughly impressed with these books and believe that for many applications they're superior to ring binders and folios.

Rapesco are making office work much more enticing and fun these days, with so many zany colours and clever designs for what used to be dull old products. Really the art of presentation is being taken to a new level, and since we must accept that the dream of a 'paperless' office is never going to happen, why not wholeheartedly embrace it and get everything properly tidied, all together in place, and attractively displayed.Neon green, vivid pink, deep sea turquoise, bright blue, and purple are the brilliant colours used for the protective cover binders in this set of ten folders. When the forty transparent pockets are filled, the spine of the folder can take it, it opens out to a box shape, making the documents inside look more like a book. There is a transparent sleeve on the outer cover which can be used for showing a title, description, reference.Slipping the letters, prints, cards, documents, whatever, into the thin, clear plastic, see through pockets keeps them clean, preserved, easy accessible. Useful knitting patterns, recipes, craft instructions, as well as office based collections of information, the folders are really practical and pleasing to use.

I have used Rapesco products for years and generally find them to be of reasonable quality for the workplace and excellent quality for at home; where generally they are not treated to the same rigours of use in an office.Priced at £15.29 as at the 19th February 2017, I obtained the Display book two weeks ago and have used them to store a number of pieces of work; they are ideal for filing a short project, or in two cases for me, two project outlines. If you are using them for presentation/demonstration purposes, you can insert two pages into each envelope, of which there are 20 in each folder - a total of 40 pages. Each envelope is clear and permits the user to demonstrate to anyone you wish to share the presentation with in a clear manner. When filled to the maximum, the complete document is held firmly and it is far better than using single leave envelopes in a lever arch file or similar.A pack of 10 with 40 pages costs just under £1.53 per item and for my purposes is ideal to keep documents to share or review neat and tidy for filing or in the briefcase. Rapesco have been around for years, as I suspect will be my display books

Lovely Bright colours. There are many uses for these books. I like to keep instruction booklets in one.Sometimes I file bills that are going to be needed for a long time in them. It is so much easier to keep track of them better than thrust into a folder.Of course they are meant for projects at work, college or university. With 40 pockets you get plenty of room.I have two of these in my kitchen for the carers that come in. They keep their work sheets in them. I am starting another file with my instructions, recipes and other information that I need to share. We like the flexibility of the folder. Some people say flimsy we say flexible! You can use the colours for topic coding.I think and hope this will be durable.I have some I bought years ago, Tiger Brand and they have lasted well. Those one have hard covers that make them feel more like a book. The Rapesco ones are not like this, you can roll them up is you want to. But they do the job and I think they will last years, as they seem to be well made. If not I will update with my disappointment.

I love these display books. I've not seen them with so many pockets in before - they are a double-barrelled version of the regular ones - and they are great! Normally I run out of room in the smaller versions and end up needing two - so these are perfect for my needs.Basically they have two sets of 20 pockets in the same folder (10x2 + 10x2) - and the folder has a spine (an inch or so wide) to enable the extra capacity of papers to fit, so it is like a brightly coloured booklet. The plastic cover is strong and sturdy, for what it is, and has a matte finish. The colours are beautiful, bright and cheerful and they are: pink, lime green, aqua blue, royal blue and purple. They are super for filing important papers that you want to find easily.I've used them to hold certificates and qualifications for when I've been job-hunting. Also great for household info or personal finance info - makes it so quick and easy to find what you need if you have to provide proof to anyone for any reason. Fantastic also for students and home office.

This is a really good value bundle; 10x folders/display books for under £16.There are 5 different colours:2x lime green2x blue2x aquamarine2x purple2x pinkEach folder has 20 sleeves/pockets that are quite thin but sufficient for the job. The sleeves are clear and smooth and electrostatic charge makes them cling together when empty, in this regard I prefer the slightly roughened feel of coarser plastic sleeves as I think they may even be a little stronger but I’m not using these folders for presentation work so they don’t need to be robust as such.Instead, I’m keeping some of these for my reception class son’s ever expanding portfolio of artwork and homework in which he’s always being issued A4 sheets and for this purpose they’re pretty nifty. The remaining I’m keeping for easy reference of correspondences with utility companies etc.as I seem to ‘connect’ more with text on a physical sheet of paper that I do with text on a PC screen (for me, sometimes the ‘old’ ways are better ways).

I am delighted with the capacity of these 40-page presentation books because they hold twice as much as the ones I had before. The pockets are great quality and are easy to fill without them sticking together. Each pocket is crystal clear, so the documents inside are as easy to read as if they were not inside the plastic pockets, except now they are protected from dust and creasing. These are perfect for keeping training notes at work, documents you refer to often. They are great for printed recipes, protected from sticky fingers in the kitchen. School projects, certificates, anything you want to keep clean and organised. This pack of ten has allowed me to organise all sorts of papers I would normally have stapled together,dog-eared, at risk of tearing from the staple. The label strip is easily removed, flipped over and personalised, to finish off what is a very well made item. I couldn't be happier with them, and if I could give more than five stars, I would.

The best thing about this display book as opposed to others is the fact that it has 40 good quality pockets with a built in label that you can remove and write on (instead of sticking a label over the top cover as I have done in the past). My son has recently started his A' Level course and is doing multiple subjects. These folders allow him to carry units of work into school instead of 4 huge lever arch files on a daily basis. He is able to match the folder colours with the dividers in his lever arch file which is really useful. If you're a teacher then these folders are invaluable for storing data for each of your classes or even printed copies of exam papers with worked solutions (as I do!).Ialso keep delivery food menus that are posted through letter box in a display book. This item is one of those things that you don't necessarily realise you need until you have it!

This is a ten pack of really useful project folders. There’s a variety of colours and each folder has ten fixed pockets for A4 size sheets, allowing you to display 20 sheets in all. The covers are reasonably sturdy and the front cover has a title “bar” which allows you to place your project details on the outside of the folder. The “bar” is 18mm wide and the full length of the A4 folder making this the perfect vehicle for school or college projects. Obviously it can also be used for work presentations or for keeping your own certificates demonstrating what a wonderful, bright, enthusiastic and vibrant person you are! The pockets themselves are quite thin (I’ve seen much more robust pockets on display folders)but they are OK and will do the job. I have to say that Rapesco is a well known name in the supply of office products and this is another good creation from them.

This pack includes ten A4 presentation books. These have a reversible strip on the front cover, so you can put a title on the front of the folder if you need to – for either work or school. The cover is opaque, the covers flexible and soft with no hard corners.Inside, you get ten plastic pockets. If you want to present this work, you can use twenty sheets, which can be read – front and back of each pocket. However, if you are just using this to store work, then you can get much more into this folder. I would imagine you can get up to 8-10 sheets in each pocket easily. There are a good choice of colours in this pack – two light blue, two dark blue, two green, two purple and two pink. These are very useful for work or studying. They are particularly good for presenting projects at school and are excellent quality.

I'm a recent convert to these presentation display books, but I really like them! They have definitely helped me get a better overview of some of my projects - or even reference documents that I use all the time but which I used to have in a folder next to me.These display books ensure that the documents don't rip if used or browsed through repeatedly and they are great for organising different projects. The individual colours help keeping track or personalising themThey are lightweight and flexible so fit well in most bagsYou can personalise, remove, update etc. the cover labelThe pockets are top loading and even if they feel a bit flimsy, they are of good quality and do not lift print off.The colours are bright aqua, blue, lime, ruby and purple.

As a method of displaying your work - for dissertations, or for your own private writings, or for gathering together magazine articles, for instance, this type of polypropylene presentation book is an excellent option. Each one contains 40 'pockets' which allows the insertion of up to 80 separate pages. The finished item looks smart and ensures all pages look neat, with the pockets greatly assisting in the prevention of creases.Over time - particular if compressed when lying in a pile - the print can sometimes transfer to the pockets themselves - resulting in a mess.Rapesco assure us this won't happen with this particular model. In this multipack there are 2 x 5 different colours, and buying them in bulk results is a considerable bargain.

The usual excellent quality from Rapesco. These A4 folders are perfect for holding documents that need to be viewed / stored page by page. The files have 40 clear plastic pockets that are durable and cope with handling / pulling. I love that they are in bright colours - anything to cheer up work / admin stuff. The folders are tough and durable too, which is great for me using these in a classroom and a kitchen scenario where they get coated in all sorts of food / kitchen debris! I use them for lecture notes as well as recipes and they are superb. There's a thin band on the front to write a label /contents and the spine is thick enough when the folders are filled that the file can withstand the paper.Highly recommended.

I'm really quite impressed with these display pockets. There are two of each, pink, lime green, turquoise and royal blue. Each have 20 clear display pockets in A4 inside the lovely bright translucent covers.I have several hobbies and have used similar files for knitting and crochet patterns. These I have put my clear stamps and embossing folders for my paper craft supplies. Having ten files at my disposal I have managed to put my entire collection inside with still 4 files left over.A brilliant item. I will definitely buy more when required as I love the bright covers, they look so colourful on my bookcase too.I have been lucky enough to try several products by Rasesco and ha e found all ofthem of high quality.

These are excellent display books from Rapesco which are very useful indeed. If one puts 2 x A4 sheets back-to-back in one pocket the book will hold 40 sheets, having 20 pockets.I find them a Display book extremely handy when studying; my desk is normally covered with A4 downloads and hand-outs from which I need information. However, if I spend 5 minutes placing putting them into the pockets, I have all the information at my fingertips which saves a lot of time and bother. One minor niggle is that the pockets are quite flimsy and if not careful, they are likely to tear. However at around £1.50 a book it seems churlish to complain.Has to be 5 stars - even if only for a tidy desk!
