This game has one of the largest list of playable characters of any game I have ever seen, almost any character you meet can join your party. It has more then one ending and The general pay off for play is pretty interesting as a whole. You can follow any character you encounter in the game through out the city during the day and night and see were they spend there time all day long. The characters also say something different to you depending on were they are. As you befriend and meet more characters who would not mind being in your group you are then capable of getting others to join you if there in your group or any other number of suggested things.

I dont like writing but i feel i should tell how perfect this game was in my expectations. I loved starocean and valarie profile 2 (havent played 1 yet) and i was looking for an interesting battle system thats simplistically challenging. and this game is perfect for that. i have a ps3 and finding it hard to find in-depth storylines. currently involved in ressonance of fate and eternal sonata. beat ffxII but then what other rpg is out there. so looking back to my ps2 days and remembering all the games i saw when i had no money then subseqently forgot about, and decided on this game. so basically if you love so2 and vp2 youll love this. not a big fan of cartoonish chars though so thats the only downside for me havent gotten far but love it so far.

This is a good game, and I had a lot of fun playing it. There is enough strategy to keep the game challenging all the way through as well as enough battles and storyline to keep it entertaining. The only real downside of this game is the storyline is either two easy or to hard to move along, mostly due to the time system in the game. There are certain times (in game) that you have to meet certain NPC's and do certain tasks. Because of this it's close to impossible to get all the possible friends unless you read a walk through or pay really close attention to all the NPC's around you.great game, i liked it a lot, would recomend to anyone that likes rpg's or is a sucker for a storyline~Eman~

Haven't played this game in years (since I was a freshman in high school nearly ten years ago), it's still just as fun as I remember. Very nice branching story, nice customization in the way of armor, very fun characters, and an extremely wide variety of them to recruit into your party for a fairly solid battle system based off of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time's battle system.Definitely worth the money.

So this game is goofy you can't get around that, and there are a boatload of characters to get and it has a branching storyline. I chose the human cause myself but only because of Elwin and her awesome overpowered self. The bonus dungeon is a nice touch and i liked the graphics. my only gripe is the length this game is not very long even with the 2 branches of the same story.

This is a beautifully drawn game with character design similar to the Kingdom Hearts series. I'd say the style here seems more painted than KH.The game play is pretty typical. Not complicated at all. People of any age can enjoy it. My only complaint is the inability to skip cut scenes. Playing this through more than once can be annoying.

the CD was loose inside the case and os it came with an area with lots of light scratches, lucky me it didn't affect the readability of the CD (so far) so i been playing it just fine, other than that it was perfect as usual, just please be a little more careful when placing the CD in its case, make sure is hooked in tightly and securedly

Awesome game, funny start, 150+ allies to exploit, armors and weapons you can actually see, great battle system, beautiful in-game art, and hilariously powerful "limit breaks". Only downside to this game: The typical random final boss and unusual endings...

Great game and one of the rare gems of rpgs for the ps2....waiting for a remaster on the ps4 but man I played when it was first released and this us by far better then most rpg games toll this date and this is 2019!!!

One of all time favorite games. It's old but a really pretty game. To me the adventures and collecting friends is a blast. This is in my top 3 all time games. Probably #1 jrpg in my book.

I did not intend to buy this, i was looking for the guide. I already have this game. However I ended up giving it to a friend as a gift so it worked out. It did arrive in good shape.

one of my favorite games of all time and ive played it 5 times over and still cant get enough. im definitely holding on to this one square enix out does themselves with this one

This is a really good game, I mean really good , has a story and is long. Its very similar to Dragon Quest 8, Its made by Japanese game developer Square Enix, so its great!

Arrived within a decent amount of time, in a SEALED, mint-condition case with booklet (obviously) included. Overall a fun game, but combat gameplay is a bit repetitive.
