These are the first time I've experienced a 'sock type' football boot and they are quite clearly of a higher level of seriousness than my friendly kick-around playing is up to. So having tried them out myself, I sought some more input from a friend who plays to a higher standard. The following is our take on these fine (and very bright) shoes...+My friend was more used to a traditional boot such as the Adidas Kaiser 5, so was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support the elasticated material provides the ankle. The shoes provide great flexibility, as well as the comfort the small padded inserts provide to the back of the heel.+They are very light,

I got these boots for my grandson, who is just starting a career as a professional rugby player. Over some 10 years he has worn many boots and says that these are by far the most comfortable he has ever had. The way the boots are designed maximises the stability around the ankle reducing the chances of injury which in his case is very useful as he makes many sudden changes in direction. The boots give a good grip on grass and because of the studs/bars work well on artificial surfaces 3G/4G. He likes the idea of the net around the boots allowing him to change the laces to make the boot look individual, this elements is quite fun making it unique among other boots out there at this time.

These are innovative football boots thanks to the Netfit technology that allows the boot to be adjusted to fit the wearer. This means the boots, that come in one fitting, can be fixed to fit a standard width foot, a wide fitting or a narrow fitting. This means that the boots are extremely comfortable and are a perfect fit not matter how wide or narrow your foot it. This of course assumes you get the right size - and here the sizing seems spot on.The technology goes further though in that the Netfit system allows the boots to be honed to match a players position in the game. That might be a forward with a setting to accurately direct penalties, a fit for a fast-moving defender,

These Puma men's football boots are just so light and comfortable, they do almost feel like you are wearing a par of slippers at times. They give your feet about the same amount of protection too though. The netting type material outer does give you lots of feel and control that other boots I have worn just don't give you but the mud does tend to stick to it a bit as well.The studs are quite long and are moulded and give you lots of grip and purchase in the grass, which is good.These are a fantastic pair of boots, probably the best I have ever worn, but unfortunately they haven't turned me into Lionel Messi yet.

Got these for my son who's a five a side fanatic and he has raved over them from day one. Apart from offering supreme comfort and support they look great, and according to my son, they play great. They are supplied fitted with fluorescent green laces and a spare pair of bright orange laces. Personally they're on the wrong side of expensive for my pocket, by as my son pointed out, "Dad.... it's not unusual for a pair of good football boots...."... So, five positive stars from one who uses them.

My son plays a lot of football and is a huge fan of these. He is a size 10 and a size 10 fitted him perfectly. They look great on and he says they’re really comfortable whilst still offering some good protection. Would therefore strongly recommend to other people.
