I didn't want to hack away at my bar tape, so installation was a little bit fiddly getting round the cables etc., but I managed to get the bars in a decent place on my Specialized hover bar handlebars. Getting used to them takes a little time. Do it on a decent road with no potholes and little traffic. After a few rides you'll find you're much less wobbly and more confident. In time-trialling on a track with no cars, I've found these gave me about 2mph more speed than just using the drops. I've left them on my bike permanently and tend to find I gravitate towards them whenever I'm riding into the wind (and when it's safe - I'd never go onto the bars for a group ride).

Easy to fit an extra position for relieving some pressure on longer rides. Good adjustability. As long as the fore arm rests are aligned properly for your position they are comfortable.

They do the job well. A bit tricky to fit, trying to get the bolts into place under the handlebars with cables and other things in the way, but once there they are fine.

Love them, my segment times went up along with my ability to cover more miles
