I've got around 250 miles on the aero bars now and done some fine tuning between rides.Probably the most effective adjustment was angling them up slightly from level. That small change made a big difference in comfort. The two smartest things I did in hindsight was getting the pistol grip type bars and getting myself used to being as low as possible with road bars before transitioning to the aero's.The pistol grips fall naturally into my hands and I use them to pull against my pedal strokes when going up grades for extra power.It would be hard to state the mph difference the aero bars make. Sometimes it feels like a full mile per hour. But it's probably closer to a half, average.

Ergonomic design, very comfortable to use. The front of the handle are just at the right angle and the grip is very natural. I used it for my Triathlon race two weeks after I got it and love it! And I have been using it on the road since then for about 3 weeks.I owned a "Token Alloy Aero Clip-on Bars" for 1+ year but I stopped using it after few tries since it's very uncomfortable especially on my wrist, I have been thinking whether I should get a tri-bike for race. Now since I start using the Profile Deisgn T3+ aero bar, I don't feel the need to spend money to buy another tri-bike anymore. I wished I don't have to move my arm to do the shift in aero position,

PD knocked it out of the park with the ergonomics on this aero bar. Easy on, easy off, riser system puts bars just where you need them, and those double-bend inserts are heaven for the wrists. Forearm cups are also very comfortable. Rode these 440 miles in 26:46 across Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi and not an itch of discomfort in the forearms, wrists, or hands. (Everything else hurt.) A-triple-plus.

not a professional rider but I do have a love of riding and speed. I find I can go faster longer with these aero bars. I find them comfortable and very easy to install yourself. puts you in a position that is comfortable for your back and butt. I would highly recommend watching some You Tube videos on different ones and what makes some better then others.

I love these bars. I like the fact that the bars provide a neutral/natural wrist position. I have carpal tunnel and C6/C7 disk fusion. Having a variety of hand positions or just having an alternative position on century rides, or as a matter of fact, on any rides is a real bonus. Yes, the most important part, they make you go faster!

Aero Bar works well and is well made. Be sure to check the circumference of your handle bar to make sure these are not too wide. I have an older - 80's road bike, and had difficulty getting the shims to hold for my narrower handle bars.

Aero bars are of top quality materials and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to other bikers for training and tris.

Really nice aero bar that should work well on my new road bike.Profile Design bars have worked well for me on my other bikes.

Great design.....very comfortable and easy to adjust. I would highly recommend these bars!Only downside is the price.
