I have had my eye on the Philips Lumea ever since it was first launched a few years back. Today I am super excited in having a chance to review it. I have waited for years to get my hands on this beauty! Lots of my friends have tried and highly recommended it. Like everyone I too had questions like, is IPL light safe, will it burn my skin, most of all - will it leave any dark marks on my skin. Tried it and none of this happened PROVIDED you take ultimate care and follow the instructions provided along with your own research. At the end of the day, you know your skin best.I am Asian with brown skin tone and yellow undertones. My hair is black in colour and very very thick. For any South Asian members of Indian origin reading this... get this!! You know what I am saying when I say 5 o'clock shadow, dark bristley hair, dark patches when shaving/waxing! This is the gadget for you sisters!I had done a lot of research prior to getting the Philips Lumea, so I knew exactly the kind of results I was expecting. All you need is time, patience and a lot of care for your skin before and after, like using SPF etc which you should be anyway.I used the Philips Lumea on my face (sides, upper lips, lower lip, chin, jawline). 6 weeks of use and I now only have baby fluff. Some chin hair very very thin appears but I know with more use, it won't be the case.I used the Philips Lumea on my under arms. 6 weeks of use and now I have super soft underarms as you can see from my pics. You can see where the Lumea IPL light may have missed and hence hair is growing, but look at the difference.I used the Philips Lumea on my lower legs. 6 weeks of use and now again my skin is super silky and soft. You can see from the pics where I may have missed bits on my knees the so you can see the patchy bits of hair. Whereas you can see the rest of my lower leg is smooth with hardly any hair. If you do have to shave, it is a breeze I tell you. Few long strokes with the razor and it's done! I recently went to Spain on holiday and I did not have to use the razor at all for the 7 days that I was there.I have tried it on the Bikini line, but as the hair is much more thicker there, I have seen less hair growth, but it is not completely lessened as same as my legs. So I will continue and write another review after. I have also tried it on my arms, but as I haven't been consistent (on purpose to see the 6 weeks results), you can see the difference in hair growth on my arms compared to my legs. Hair is much thinner and you can hardly see it. Yes shaving is required, but I know that if I continue for a few more weeks, no doubt the results will be the same as those achieved on my legs. The Lumea is well packaged in it's box with clear instructions on the box and also in the instructions booklet. You have 3 attachments. Face, Bikini line, Body/Legs. You also get a cleaning cloth/muslin and a cute soft bag to store your lovely gadget in.If you are looking to invest in a device for personal body care then Philips Lumea is a must. If 6 weeks of use can give such results, I have no doubt I will be completely hairless body wise by summer so I can have one less worry like all women do when it comes to personal hair care. In the long run it saves you a lot of money that you would spend at salons, time of going there and back, convenience of getting it done in your own home was a massive plus point for me. Yes you have to do it on your own, but if you have a friend who can help you and you can do it together then its awesome. I cannot stress how awesome this device is until you try it for yourselves. So, please do give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for reading :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Philips Lumea Prestige is in my honest opinion an amazing choice for painless hair removal, I did suffer with ingrowing hairs from disposable razors so was looking for a way to keep myself fresh and smooth for longer without these issues. I certainly found it, the IPL is compact and I love the feature it has of testing the skin first to see which amount of strength is required to safely laser the hair and slow down the growth rather than a product where you just do it and hope it's going to be ok. The product arrived very well packaged to ensure that there was no damage to the machine or the laser area which i was very pleased with, there are different attachments for different areas of the body and i love the fact that they have a little picture on them so you know which one to use for where, but its a guide so you can use whichever you want really.I have to admit I was a little nervous at first as I stupidly assumed it would hurt...But once I laid everything out and read the manual I began by starting with the skin analysis where you touch it to your skin and the machine tests your skin and tells you which setting to use strength wise to ensure a safe level of intensity.. this is a bonus for anyone nervous like myself. You can use it on legs, underarms, bikini line, facial hair, the list is endless. Can I just say I did remove my leg hair before starting this process as they were quite long and left it 24 hours for skin to settle before starting with the IPL this ensures that the pulses of light go directly through to the hair folicle giving the instructions not to grow and in effect to go into its resting stage :-)Really you are not laserring the hair off you are sending messages with the laser to slow right down and prevent regrowth. Any hair will naturally shed off anyone who knows about hair knows there is 3 stages and depending on which stage of growth you are in is how long you will get between shaving your legs or underarms etc... but this product actually does that work for you by telling it not to grow... I used the Philips Lumea Prestige initially once every 2 weeks and do this for 6 weeks after this time you will see that the hair growth has slowed right down, if by chance you notice a couple of strays that might have been missed you can like me shave, it wont hurt but after this the touch up can be done once every 4-8 weeks there is no need to do it more than this as the results will be the same. So using the Philips IPL does NOT hurt whatsoever, I was a little nervous but there is no pain just a bright flash of light, I will say that I do feel that a small pair of goggles would be an added extra but its really not a big deal. All in all I am really pleased that I managed to find a way to give me pain free hair removal, stop me wasting money on disposable razors and shaving balms and not have to deal with razor rash and in growing hairs that's the most important one of all.. I'm giving this Philips Lumea Prestige IPL a big thumbs up, the travel bag is big enough to hold all the machine, accessories and charger and I finally feel clean free, smooth and fresh.... A+++++ [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was first quite sceptical about this product as I have always found hair removal quite difficult. I have very thick and dark hair which is also very brittle, meaning I almost never achieve smooth skin. On a normal basis my legs would be stubbly a few hours after shaving. I also have quite sensitive light-brown/olive skin which is just about within the recommended skin type for IPL.I used this product for the first time after looking at a lot of online reviews. It should be noted that hair removal is different for everyone, and the effects are likely to be different for everyone that uses this product. The product itself is very sleek, clean and modern. It came with 4 different face attachments for each area of the body which is great. The directions for usage are very clear and easy to understand. Using the product was very simple. My initial reaction to using the Lumea Prestige was that it hurt a little more than expected. The pulsed light feels like a quick hot zap on the skin. As recommended I used a lower intensity setting from 4 to 3 to avoid skin discomfort. It took a little while for me to get used to it during my first session of legs and bikini, so it took me a couple hours to complete. With each session I became more comfortable and the time it took got shorter to around 45 minutes. My first session wasn't very effective, the hair grew back in the same way it would do without treatment. I waited for my next session to increase the intensity to 4 which was much more effective. The results could really be seen after my second session. The product advertises that the hair will fall out after usage. I didn't really notice this. My hair seemed to stop growing rather than fall-out, but the effect was smooth skin for 7-8 days without shaving.I have just completed my 2 month boot-camp sessions which is supposed to regulate the hair growth and I'm seriously impressed. I have not needed to shave in over 2 weeks, my legs are virtually hair free. There are a couple small patches that have had growth, this may be because I missed the area by accident. I did not use anything to guide which areas to do as this may cause a skin reaction. On one occasion I did go over an area more than once, which is not recommended and rightly so as I did burn myself slightly which left a thin scab. This has now healed but I will not be doing that again! This product does as advertised by stopping the hair-growth. The hair thickness does not seem to have changed which is expected and it looks like shaved hair rather than a new hair.In the long term I will be using this product after waxing, however at current I am using after shaving.I can only anticipate positive effects for my future treatments and it is really great to have smooth hair-free skin! Thanks Phillips!

Read all the reviews and the majority were positive so I decided to take the plunge. I suffer from polycystic ovaries and whilst I’ve been quite lucky in regards to my symptoms, I have suffered from excessive hair growth. I’m of an average skin tone but my hair is very dark. I never had trouble with facial hair as a teen but when I was in my early 20’s I noticed that I had gone from having one or two really dark facial hairs to having patches along my jaw line and under my chin and neck. I started to pluck them and then gradually it started taking me longer and longer to clear the areas. In the end I was constantly feeling my face and paranoid everyone could see them,I tried to hide this from my girlfriend as I was so embarrassed and didn’t think she knew but she did, she just wasn’t bothered. I however was, I would shave and pluck when she wasn’t in the house but the next morning I could feel them all growing back. I brought this product and was honestly sceptical because I didn’t want to get my hopes up, I’d looked at beauty rooms and just thought I couldn’t afford it in the long run. I got this product and opened it up. Looks a bit daunting but honestly, it’s so simple to use. I read the leaflets but if you’re not sure of your skin tone or which setting to use, just click the button that looks like a magnifier glass, it flashes up which strength you need to use, I’m a 4. It says it can be cordless but it does die very quickly so I keep it attached to the mains. Recommended to use once every two weeks but I’d read other reviews of people using it weekly so I tried that, I kept one leg unshaven and one leg shaved to use as a guide to see how it worked. I used it on my face first, for the first two weeks I didn’t really notice anything and whilst I was disheartened, I carried on, then I slowly realised after shaving my neck, the next day i didn’t have stubble, I then left it a couple of days and when it had grown a bit my gf plucked a hair and I’m not lying, it was half black, half white! I realised it was working and so I carried on. I’m now a couple of months in. I have no hair on my chin and maybe a teeny patch on my neck that only I can feel but cannot be seen. I have to admit that I have not kept up with it as I probably should have but even still, this has changed my life. I don’t fret when my partner touches my face in case she feels it, I’m not sat in work subconsciously trying to pluck hairs out, I will wear my hair up because I’m not paranoid about my colleagues sniggering behind my back. I can’t say it’s going to work the same way for everyone, but for me and just my face alone, it’s been more than I could have ever dreamed of.

The Lumea Prestige looks and feels impressive, every inch a high end product. It arrives with charge in it but you should fully charge it before use. I was a little apprehensive about using the Lumea, I was convinced is was going to be a difficult process, would surely be painful at some points, and questioned how good the results would be. I was wrong. The Lumea Prestige is a brilliant piece of kit and comes with a comprehensive user manual and a fantastic app to help you manage your treatment schedule. I felt a little clumsy when I first used the Lumea, but was surprised at how quickly it became as easy as shaving is. The Lumea is super smart, detects your skin tone and tells you which intensity to use. There's a clear light that indicates when the unit is ready for use. It does take a bit of practice to get used to the 90 degree angle (the Lumea wont flash at any other angle) but I was zapping my leg like a pro in a few minutes. I found the slide and flash method (its in the manual) best for treating my legs and the stamp and flash method best for smaller, curvier areas. Id recommend setting plenty of time aside for your first use of the Lumea Prestige, just because its worth spending the time getting familiar with the unit and the process. It took me just over half an hour to treat my legs the first time I used it, now it takes less than twenty minutes. Using the Lumea Prestige is not at all painful, I felt nothing more than a pleasant warm sensation on my skin. It's super easy and convenient to use. I found that after the first treatment the sandpaper stubble feeling on my legs that's present after shaving, wasn't as noticeable. By the second use, the hair regrowth was slower and finer. I have followed the app schedule and completed 4 bi weekly treatments so far. The treated areas are now hair free. I've used my Lumea on my legs, underarms bikini area and face and I am more than happy with the results and would be confident in recommending the Lumea Prestige. Its fantastic! So easy to use, the attachments are easy to swap over and the whole unit is easy to keep clean. My experience using the Lumea has been a very positive one. Charging time is great, the battery will struggle to complete a whole body treatment on a single charge though. The manual is clear and helpful and the app is brilliant, you can set reminders so you never miss a treatment. Yes the Lumea is expensive, but its worth it. Convenient, salon quality results at home. Its the easiest, cleanest, most convenient method of hair removal I have ever tried. I love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This IPL is so quick and easy to use, giving great results in very little time. This IPL is very sleek and easy to hold, though a little heavy. It has a sensor to guide you as to which intensity of light you should use for each area. You simply press the device against your skin and press the search button and it sets the intensity to the correct number (1-5). This meant I was sure I was using the right setting. There are four different heads, which you change for the different areas of your body you want to treat. They are clearly marked and easy to switch. The bag that comes with the IPL has little pockets in it to keep all the heads in which is really useful and a cloth to keep them clean. It is very quick to charge and a charge will last to do one leg or several treatments of face, bikini or underarms. It can be difficult to remember where you treated on the legs so I think I may have over used it slightly on my legs to ensure coverage. I used the IPL for 7 weeks on my legs, bikini area, face and underarms. The results after only one use were amazing, in all areas the hair took longer to regrow and was much finer than before. I was also hair free in patches too.The hair on my face was gone for almost 2 weeks after the first treatment, even then it only returned in thin patches. Using it on my face didn't hurt at all. 1 week after the third treatment I have had no regrowth. It stung a little under my arms but only about 50% of the hair had grown back by the time I did the second treatment 2 weeks later and it was noticeably softer. 1 week after treatment 3 there is only approx 20% regrowth. It stung a tiny bit on the bikini area but less so than underarms and really not uncomfortable. The bikini area had similar results to underarms but slightly more regrowth after treatment 1. 1 week after treatment 3 regrowth is very fine and approx 25%. Using it on my legs was painless and, using the flash and slide function, it was very quick. I wasn't too sure where I had already treated so was a bit more liberal with it to ensure coverage. 2 weeks after treatment 1 about 50% of the hair grew back but it was very fine. Some areas of my legs were hair free and felt incredibly smooth, far smoother than after using a razor. 1 week after treatment 3 only 10% regrowth and my skin feels fab. This is a fab product which really does everything it claims and more.I received this product from Philips to test, however all the above views are my own.

I've waited since last March before reviewing this item in order to give Lumea a fair bit of time to start working, seeing as many before me have explicitly expressed this IPL treatment isn't a quick fix.Ultimately I've found this to be an accurate description. Followed instructions to the letter regarding shaving beforehand and regular scheduling... Even downloaded the Lumea app to help keep track of the earlier treatments.By the end of the first 6 weeks I must admit I was despondent. Hadn't seen any improvement whatsoever, despite my skin/hair colouration meaning I was applicable to safely use the highest (5) setting for the IPL bulb.I even started wondering if I would be one of the anomalies in the initial tests for Lumea who saw more hair growth or indeed seemed completely immune. In the end, it all became a (worthwhile!) exercise in patience. Kept at it past the 6 week mark out of sheer belligerence, seeing as this item was an expensive investment, but had started falling back on my epilation routines to tide me over. Interestingly, despite having read a number of accounts from reviewers warning not to epliate or wax (anything that pulls the hairs out by the root, really) between treatments, it was only a week or so after the return of my epilating that I realised I was - finally! - getting results from the IPL.The biggest indicator is the fact the hairs aren't growing as fast or as strongly per usual. They are starting to become very fine which has additionally made epilation much quicker and easier. My epilator, I fear, may well become defunct within a year! The hairs on all parts of the skin I've used Lumea upon are really beginning to give up. At this stage, each stretch of time before another IPL treatment and my using the epilator are becoming longer and longer. I cannot even describe how happy I am with this (long-in-the-coming!) development, as I have dabbled and struggled with pretty much every tool and method of hair-removal since early teens to my late twenties. As a time-tested enemy of body hair I give Lumea my seal of approval and would happily recommend this product to anyone willing to invest in a little more time and effort into remaining hair free.To conclude: I'm really grateful for this product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Lumea IPL is classy white and dusky rose-gold colour. This device is simply amazing!!!I was very unfortunate to be the hairy girl of the family. If I shaved my legs, I would have thick, prickly stubble growing after two hours. My clean shaves would never last for more than a day, and I seemed to be growing more and more hair as I get older. But having the Lumea IPL device my world has changed dramatically!!! I have been doing treatments every week and I am at the stage now where I don't even need to shave my arms/ legs/ armpit before treating. IT'S AMAZING!!After the first two weeks, I began to notice my hair growing thinner, but personally, I saw the biggest results around week 6,when there was virtually no hair growth!I am so happy, this device has literally changed my world. I used to be so self-conscious about my hairy body, but now I can go to the gym and show off my armpits without having to worry at all about shaving! (armpit hair has been banished) You have to be persistent and go through the weekly treatments, but it's so so worth it in the long run! The treatments themselves aren't painful. I use the highest intensity and at most the pain feels like a hot elastic band snapping against your skin. But with time, your pain threshold will increase and the majority of the time you wont feel much discomfort. There's a lower intensity setting for sensitive areas like your armpits and bikini line, which is much appreciated haha. And don't be alarmed when you smell burning hair; that means it's working :) Lumea IPL has 5 intensity levels suitable for light to medium skin tones. It’s also a decent choice for treating your full body. You’ll get years and years of use, the distinct gun-shape is very comfortable and the specialist treatment windows are an added bonus.Once set up to start zapping you can either press the flash button for each individual flash you want to use or hold it down for a continuous flash, flash, flash, and move quickly in a line down a leg, for example. The continuous flash mode is very quick, less than a second to move from one area to the next.Higly recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Just wow wow wow !!! Been using the Philips Lumea Prestige IPL for the past few weeks and to my surprise, it really works.Woohoo, Can't believe that i'm really hair free for summer days. This is the best invention that i've tried in my whole life and really love the results.Love the different heads and that we can use it with the cord or cordless. After just 3 sessions, i could already see less hair on my whole legs, armpits, chin, upperlips and much improvement in my skin.Life is well more easier now, i don't need to use my old electric shaver every 3 days to do my legs and armpits. On my chin and upperlips , i was using an epilator which hurts so much and i was doing this every 2 days.It gave me a lot of skin irritations, like red skin, spots, rashes and ingrown hairs. But with my new toy, life is so beautiful. No irritations and no hair in view for longer. On the 6 sessions, i'm amazed how soft, beautiful and hair free the parts of my body where i used the IPL on were.No irritation and no ingrown hair at all, hurray. My daughter is even converted too as she was using razors before and her skin was getting really bad.But now after trying the IPL she doesn't want to look back again. I admit that the price tag is expensive but it is worth every single pennies.I'd definetely recommend it to anyone who want beautiful bare soft skin for longer-term.Save your money and buy this IPL with all confidence people. As for me i can't thank Philips enough to create such an amazing tool which is giving me such a luxury life now.The only thing that i didn't like was the white bag that came in the box to put the IPL in.Its of very bad quality.Would've love to have a much luxury bag instead. So i needed to buy a bag only for this purpose. For a product that cost this much, i'd expect a bag more sturdy and beautiful to pack my IPL away after use.But this doesn't affect the wonderful use of the IPL itself in any sort of way. This Philips Lumea Prestige is a game changer... Go get your one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I suffer with hirsutism because I have PCOS. I have fairly tanned skin, but thick dark hairs, particularly in the bikini zone. I'm only 21 and I've always felt really, really self conscious of my hair from a young age. I've been shaving daily since I was 11 years old. I remember being bullied at a dancing show once when I was 10 years old, because I had armpit hair! Waxing isn't something I've ever been able to afford, although I did go once before a wedding and the woman told me off for shaving so far out on my bikini line - she said that was why I had thick, dark hairs growing down my inner thighs. This is actually nonsense, hair does not grow back thicker when you shave it. She had never heard of PCOS,so it was really embarrassing for me. Shaving daily obviously helped, but it wasn't a solution as I was always left with VERY noticeable stubble, ingrown hairs and redness all around my bikini area. My boyfriend bought me the lumea last year for my birthday, and omg it has literally changed my life. I would normally spend 20 minutes in the shower just shaving each day (much to the dismay of my money-conscious student housemates). I literally don't have to shave anymore, apart from before treatments and occasionally if I haven't don't a treatment in a couple of months or if I miss patches. My bikini area is now sooooo smooth because there's no hair growing. It's incredible. I bought a new bikini yesterday which is low at the front - I would never have been able to wear bikini bottoms like that before! Honestly, for me, it's life changing. I think it took about 6 weeks of initial treatment before for the hair to stop growing. I loveeeeeeeee it*pros I said it was pain-free, this is true except for my bikini area on the initial treatments as it hurts when it burns hairs, and no matter how hard I used to try, when I shaved I could not get rid of the thick black stubble, so it would burn it and therefore hurt a bit.

I have fair skin and dark hair, which meant getting facial threading done every two weeks (and by that time i would be self conscious about my upper lip and side burns). I had read loads of reviews before finally purchasing my Lumea, and I'm so happy I did!I have been using it's for the last 8 weeks on my face/underarms and arms. So far i am extremely pleased with the results.I was really scared to shave my face, and envisioned waking up the next day with stubble and growing a beard! It was really easy, I was recommended by a friend to use a mens razor as they are designed to get to those tight spots like around your nose and tend to be cheaper.Shaving alone left my face super smooth and no irritation/redness i would normally get with threading. It takes me less than 5mins to do my face (upper lip/chin/side burns and cheeks) and about 2-3mins to do my neck. After my first session I noticed a reduction in hair growth, and two weeks later when i was due my 2nd session there was considerably less hair than i would have two weeks after threading!Again, for my arms and underarms I have seen a noticeable reduction in hair growth. Especially on my arms.Underarms literally take a minute per underarm. I do find it takes about 30-40mins to do my arms, but I usually just watch Netflix and zap away.I do find my skin is more dry after shaving/ using my Lumea. So I would recommend a rich moisturiser/something soothing. It's not painful, just a slight discomfort, if it does feel uncomfortable I just reduce the intensity setting.Use it alongside the App, and it will remind you when you are due to do your next session and has helpful tips.Overall, I am very happy. I bought mine on a special offer, and when I compare how much I spend on threading/ waxing in a year this is actually very cost effective. My results so far have been beyond my expectations.

Bought this with high hopes despite being a bit sceptical. Had read rave reviews and disappointed reviews so I knew it could go either way with me as these products don’t work for everyone. I’m really pleased I took the plunge!Last few years I’ve been struggling. My skin doesn’t like shaving. At all. I get a terrible rash, bloody and painful. It got to the point where I was having to wear T-shirt’s with panty liners in the underarms to absorb the blood from the rash/irritation. I decided to try an electric razor. It helped but not greatly. I decided to only shave during the summer months to allow my skin to heal and breathe during the colder months. I thought people would be a bit more understanding than they were.Sexiest comments etc got on my nerves. I thought there has to be a better way, a better solution. I started to look into IPL treatments. So glad I did! I have been using the device once a week, NOT the recommended once a fortnight. My hair grows very quickly, hence weekly treatments. After 8 weekly treatments I have no hair on my legs. I’ve noticed slower hair growth under my arms and bikini line. Now using the device fortnightly to keep on top of the regrowth. I use level 5 for my legs and underarms, level 3 and 4 on my bikini line. My mother has also had brilliant results with fewer treatments than myself and on a lower setting.Does it hurt? Not really. There is a range of sensations that you’re likely to feel. Minor electric shock, elastic band pinging against the skin, heat and a light tap. Pain will on occur if you’re using too high a level for your skin!

I started using this brilliant piece of kit about 7 weeks ago and this is my findings so far. I have fairly pale skin with dark blonde/brown mod of body hair. The IPL comes in a nice storage bag with 3 different attachments for different body areas. It also has a removable power cord. The IPL flashes every 2 seconds at its fastest setting (when plugged into mains) but also has a cordless option. It can get a bit awkward to hold the IPL unit while pressing the button depending on what area you are using it on but to be perfectly honest it’s used quickly anyway. I have used in on legs, underarms, arms, face and chin areas so far. As long as the hair is fairly trimmed it is almost painless unless you make a mistake and catch a tattoo in the light area......I only made this mistake once and the instant blister was kinda amazing lol. Very painful on tattoos and won’t be doing that again in a hurry. It has 5 settings that you can either choose yourself manually or the matching has a scan option to choose the best setting for you. I have noticed my leg hair is greatly reduced as it my underarm hair. My facial hair and arm hair has reduced slightly but the hair there is quite fair so I wouldn’t expect miracles there. I will keep using it as I’m sure as I get better at using it the results will improve too. All in all it’s a brilliant idea especially as you can do it in the privacy of your own home. I would like an even larger light area on one head though for larger areas to cut the time. Money well spent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I found this device to be sleek, lightweight and comfortable to hold in one hand. Using it, I found straightforward and the instructions easy to follow. I also downloaded the Lumea app which I found useful to keep and track of and be reminded of top up treatments.I really like the skin tone sensor, one click of the button and the device will scan the skin to advise you what setting to use, mine is the highest setting, due to my fair skin, dark hair.I was a little anxious the first time using it on the highest setting as was worried it may be painful, but nope, for me the sessions are always painless :) I am now three treatments in and I can finally see a difference,i was a little disappointed after my first time using it as I think I was expecting instant results (despite what the instructions told me) perseverance is deffinetly the key here!!! I used to have to shave my legs everyday, and my hair usually grows back, black and coarse. After my third session I have now noticed the hair growth has slowed down, it's been a week so far and still no stubble, and the few hairs that have grown back are soft and blonde, I can not wait for the result after my next treatment.I would highly recommend this product and my only advise is to remember this is not a instant fix and will only work if you are consistent and follow the instructions.
