This is my first time epilating and I've got a very low pain threshold. It removes most of the hair in one go. I used it in a very warm shower and applied aloe Vera after sun gel to reduce the redness. It is sore but bearable:)I used an epilator once before and put it back in a box and never tried it again. But this one is very good! The shape of it is better than the small ones I think and the design is nice and sleek. The light helps to see if you miss any bits. Tip:make small circular movements.

Have used Philips epilators for years and years. Once tried a Braun one but found it so painful in comparison. My old Philips epilator died (after 6 years) and I replaced it with this one. It is even less painful with excellent results even on very short hairs. Can't fault it.

Great product with lots of attachments, I only use the epilator and massage which are both great.
