Brought for every day/night dog walking and absolutely delighted. Lightweight but strong, very comfortable to wear, elasticated strap is just the right width and very adjustable. All 4 modes are ideal for every situation. 350lm is an epic amount of lighting power from such a small compact unit. Mode button is really confident even when wearing gloves. 7hrs at the main 100lm light is perfect for 2-3 days of walks. The rechargeable battery unit for this type of regular use is fantastic, recharges in 3-4hrs from USB and haven’t felt at all like i’m forever charging it, actually quite the opposite. Really pleased I went for this model, has (so far) been everything I had hoped for and more.

Excellent headlight! I am a field biologist that works primarily at night in the Eastern US. Love the fact that I can remove the rechargeable battery and use AAA's if the need arises. I'm getting older and the super bright mode on the light helps this old man see details. I will ultimately order several more of these lights for my crews.

My husband uses this for walking the dog early in the morning and late at night - I have another Petzl model which was more expensive. I was impressed by the brightness and how lightweight this one is. There is only a single strap so not sure how it would hold for running but great value.

Although construction has had to strike a balance between weight and strength, I have had no problems after some weeks of use. I have moved to Petzl because previous headlamps from other companies did not last. Fingers crossed this time!!

This is my third Petzl headlamp. Bought this one exclusively for fishing. Brilliant white light with multiple intensity settings. Strap is very slick if you use it on a ball cap, be careful! It still side off or up.

Pros: light weight, high steady power/weight ratio, simple to use, accepts AAA power elements as well as the core acumulator;Cons: not highly moister/water proofed, just few power regimes

The light comes with a rechargeable battery, but you don't have to use them....AAAs work just fine. The damn thing will burn your eyes out! Its SUPER bright.

Really good, very impressed by the rechargeable battery back with has a USB socket and red/greed LEDs integrated, and the lamp itself is excellent.

Great headlamp for the price. Very durable and functions as advertised. No issues and the rechargeable battery is a plus!
