Sizes are small. Im a size 13 US. I think I have a little wider foot than average. I got the size 49 and they fit perfect. The only thing I don't like as much is that the recessed area for the cleat is like exactly as high as my cleat so when I walk on the sidewalk my cleats click on the ground and make me look like a weiner lol. Overall I like the shoes just fine. Great for the price. Probably not so good if you're gonna we walking around a lot when you're not riding. I posted a pic of my size 13 vans next to the size 49 pearl izumi

This is the best cycling shoe I have ever used. They work great for casual riding or fast paced touring. I liked the first pair so much I ordered this pair as a backup. they perform the same as the first. I've got above 600 miles of road riding on these shoes with NO complaints. Great Job Pearl Izumi !!

First shoes i ordered one size bigger and they were too small. Second set I order 2 sizes bigger. They fit my foot but I could not fasten the top strap with my normal riding socks. Had to use thinner socks and double back velcro extenders. Would have given five stars if not for short top strap

These shoes run a little small but overall are working out great for my first pair of cycling shoes. My only criticism is that the straps seem really short- they stay put but the top Velcro barely reaches and I don't have oddly fat feet.

Liked the shoes, unfortunately they don’t fit me. Impossible to buy cycling shoes without trying on first and impossible to find any local to try on. Hate ordering and sending back.

Was hoping these would be nicer. Very rubbery feel without much breathable material. Top of tongue sharp and not at all padded. Returned for refund.

Great pair of riding shoes!! I don't like to be clipped in and these shoes are just what I need. A great pair of shoes does make a difference.

Nice fitting shoe. I ordered a size 40 and I can fit 39 or 40. I had been slopping around in a specialized 7.5 US and am much happier now.

These shoes are great but ran slightly small. I ordered half a size large and they are a perfect fit. Order a full size up for more room.

Great shoes for the price. Pearl izumi tends to run somewhat small so I ordered a size up to 45 EU. (normally I wear a 44).

The most comfortable cycling shoes I've bought recently. They're also pretty good for walking in, with the hidden cleats.

Great shoes that fit well. The treads work great outside and work great with the bike. Would definitely recommend.

High quality shoe but its too tight I will probably end up giving it away somewhere down the line.

The tongue material is thin and have to hold it in place when putting on the shoe.
